Well if you were starving in a desert a slurpee seems like divine mana. Which is frankly where this place belongs. This franchise seems to exist to remind us of all the disgusting unclean acts of bio-terrorism and malignant criminal breeding that still go unpunished.

The food was good. The orders were messed up. A staff member dressed in black was very rude. It had a lot of staff there. The prices could be better.

The Popeyes in Bay Minette will soon be closed if the store continues to treat customers they are currently. More and more the customers have to cater to the retailer look around in Bay Minette. I called to find out if the lobby would be open for dine in, they said but of course only to drive there and find a sign on the door sorry drive thru only. If you are the owner of the Popeyes in Bay Minette you better get on top of it or be prepared to close.

This is the best customer service popeyes i ever been to In jacksonville fl I get my moneys wroth it is worth my wild and i always take that drive because we love that chicken from popeyes >

I went to the Popeye's in St. Charles tonight 4-23-2023 and it was the worse experience that I had with a fast food restaurant. When the lady said that all she had was small piecesl she was correct. They were small and cold. Very bad experience.

First I looked at the online menu before I hit the drive thru. Ordered the flounder sandwich which they don't sell but still advertise. So I had to find something. I went with the shrimp tackle box and ordered the 8 piece nugget dinner for the wife. Well, it was 3 pm and from the extra shrimp they gave me let me know they gave me all the noon left overs. They were cold, tuff and had so much batter I had to send a search team to look for the actual shrimp. Btw.didn't find any.I did eat 3 just to make sure they were as bad as the first one and yep they were. The wife said the chicken was as bad as my shrimp. She tried one of mine but I took her word and didnt try hers. Well, we won't be going back. We aren't going away mad, just not going back.

Popeye Chicken I had a two piece chicken and mac and cheese and biscuit i was not at all pleased with the meal the chicken was hot but it had no taste to it and the biscuit was awful and cold and the mac and cheese tasted like it had been in the case too long and then reheated up and the service was not inviting at all no customer service skills at all.

The workers are really kind, and the chicken is fresh and taste really good. Recommend coming to popeyes

The Worst Establishment Ever! I went In to get a Mobile Order on 4/12/2023. The line was wrapped around inside the restaurant. I approached the Mobile/Pickup at the Counter. I let the Cashier know that I was just picking up a order. She looks at me like she was irritated because there was a long line (She also stated she was the only one at the front working) I asked her if she could let me know if it was ready, or how long it would be. I asked if someone else could help me because she looked annoyed by me asking about my mobile order. Her main focus was on the ppl in front of her in line not my order that had already been ordered online.The other employee that's she's talking to in her language comes and says that there is a long line and my order wasn't ready. Just Very unprofessional. To my knowledge any establishment I've gone to has employees who handle mobile orders along with front end workers. Apparently no one was doing those orders! I will never ever come back to this location EVER AGAIN!

My cashier was Jasmine and she was extremely nice. She greeted me as I walked in and took care of my order in a very timely fashion. Jasmine has a really good attitude and smiled the entire time. Go Popeyes

We were terribly disappointed on our last two visits to the Jasper Texas Store #3954. We waited 21 minutes for our food. Seven employees in the store -- 2 of them on their phones and the others just talking and really not aware of the customers coming through the door. No straws or napkins to be found in any of the holders.

I love the chicken sandwiches but very disappointed in the time it takes to place your order and receive your food. It seems ALL restaurants are this way. If your the 5th car in the drive through, plan on getting your food in 25 to 30 minutes. I visited the 23 Mile store in Shelby Twp. Michigan and the Chicken Sandwiches looked and tasted different. I finally figured it out, they made it with thigh meat! That is not what is stated on the menu (Breast Filet).

Wednedsay march 29th i visited goldsboro store and observed the manager and a employee touching each other inappropreaite in this type of setting. I was another employee who they were he said the manager was tia and the girl that looks like a boy. This isnt a good look for the store.

My order was messed up. It was delivery. I didn't get all items. Not even straws or catchup packets. Chicken tenders were dry. Never ever again!
