Just tried to eat at Popeyes in College Station.
Took 25 minutes standing in line to order.
Finally got the order in and went to get my drink, only option was Fanta orange, coke and Dr. Pepper were out. What I assumed was the manager came up and said she would get them filled. After 25 minutes, drink machine was not filled and several customers which had ordered before us still had not been served. So after 45 minutes with no drink and no food, we left. Wasted time and $20.00.
Be assured I will never walk in to this establishment again!

I was in Leesburg store #******* on 3/13/23 looking for some apple pies for me and my family. The cashier and another employee who was there treated me very well and offered me that I could call to order the apple pies so they would have them ready for me. That for me is 100% service. Keep up the good work and super courtesy to the customers.

I've been here three times and they never have have anything. Always out and they make wait even if they tell you they have it…. Then they say pull over and wait another 15 minutes and the order is always screwed up! I'm sick of it! I'm always going to KFC from now on!

I think Popeye's chicken is a lot better than KFC. KFC is good but it's way too greasy! The flavor is better but Popeye's is very good too and not near as greasy! I've never had any problems or complaints about Popeye's and I've been there several times.

I had went through drive-thru to pick up some lunch. Very fast, friendly, my order was correct and HOT. I will definitely be going back.

It took 35 minutes to get my order because not once did the girl check the take-out order rack to see if my order was on there. As a matter of fact,, some kid came in and I complained to him about how long I had been waiting AND HE CHECKED THE RACK and said here's your order.
The reason I'm complaining is because even after I told the girl my name and my order number she made no effort to even check the take-out order rack. Instead she turned around and walked away, it is people like this that will wreck a business. I know I'm not coming back

Disrespectful, racist, and horrible with their service. I will never come to this location again after what my family and I experienced. I was ordering 20 minutes before closing and she started being rude as soon as I ordered my food. Not only was she disrespecting me but also her employees. Not only that, but she made rude comments about me to her employees as if I was the problem. All of the costumers and the employees simply listened to the way she kept disrespecting everyone just because she didn't want to take an order. This night time manager simply acted as if she was frustrated she couldn't go home and it was completely out of hand. I hope they find a way to keep a better eye on their management and fix this issue.

Customer service was terrible. I don't think they could have been any ruder!
No eye contact, practically threw the tray of food to me.
No napkins. I had to ask for sauces and then wasn't even given the ones I requested.

I was at POPEYES IN Burbank ILLINIOS on Feb 27 2023 and went inside and no one took my order. I waited 12 minutes of being ignored, so I left. It was 3 females Employees there, i admit they was busy with Drive= thru orders but they should have said something. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY. I MAKE 6 FIGURES AND I DONT TREAT ANYONE LIKE THAT. IF YOU DONT WONT TO WORK DO COME. I WILL NEVER VISIT POPEYES EVER AGAIN IN GHETTOS AREA AGAIN.

This is the second night purchasing shrimp at Popeyes in the Excalibur Casino Las Vegas Nevada. The sign says quarter pound of shrimp combo $8.99. But both nights when the guy rang it up it came out to be $12.99. On the second night I told one managers that the sign was wrong She offered me a free side but I told her I was not looking for a handout but the sign should be changed. Then someone else was complaining about their order being wrong and a different manager came up and I said to him that the sign was wrong. He told an employee to turn that sign off but that never happened. I think they're signed about customer satisfaction is as deceiving as their sign for shrimp. Just have to stick with KFC or Chick-fil-A I guess.

This has to be the worst store i have went to. It seems the order is never correct. On this order had to go back because the apple pies were left out. Upon getting home found the order not correct missing or incorrect chicken pieces. When this was picked up the person packing the order was adk if breast pieces were packed in the order and he assured us they were and he had packed the order his self. Guess what….you got it…no breast and missing a wing on a 10 piece order. It seems every time we purchase from this location something is wrong with the order. This is ridiculous and upon calling the store they want us to travel several miles for the order to be corrected or we have only 2 days to come in for the correction. Come on now this isnt rocket science or is it. Duhhh no wonder! Don't worry enough is enough and they will not make a mistake on future order…thats because there WILL NOT BE ANY FUTURE ORDERS!
Its no wonder they dont have reviews on the corporate website

This is my 3rd and final visit to the Jefferson ave store in Newport News. They are always out of a product or it takes forever to have someone come to the counter to take my order. Even then, there is no greeting nor eye contact. Today at 5:03, i was told by some young girl 'we aint neva had no tackle box.' So the commercials and the signs in the window were mistakes? I pointed to it on the menu board, which is when a manager approached saying they were out. A promotion that just returned days ago and they are out? Your employees dont know what you sell? First the mac chz, then the ghost peppers and now this. I understood the craze from the chicken sandwich but the company is now trending white insufficient inventory. No apologies and no coaching to the employee. I cant do this company anymore. Back to Kfc i go. Popeyes really needs help with developing a system of supply transfers between stores, training professionalism with operational training and thinking about customers first.

Tried my first Popeye's in the Town Center Mall, Boca Raton. The chicken tasted great and crispy though the fries were a bit small. Well 3 hours later my stomach started turning and wasn't feeling well. I can't say for sure but my body and intestines were in distress. Need I say anymore.

I ordered food at the Rosedale, NY Popeyes and it is disgusting and tastes like $#*!. I do not trust the Popeyes in Rosedale after such a disgraceful meal. I feel humiliated and conned by Popeyes. Do not eat from Popeyes please think twice.

On 484 We went inside to order but was told to use DT, went to DT WE WAITED 45 MINUTES TO ORDER THEN ANOTHER 25 MIN TO GET OUR FOOD, WE WAS CHARGED $32.09 FOR A 10 piece meal. And the mashed potatoes taste like BOX POTATOES and the potatoes looks like they dug into them NO DESERTS NO SORRY NO NOTHING FOR HAVING YOU TO WAIT THIS LONG, what happened not even a lie TO apologize and NO RECEIPT see below
