There's no excuse for being out of chicken during dinner hours, 5-7pm. People don't care if someone ordered 36. That's three 12'ves, three customers. If that's all the food you are going to have ready on a regular basis you will lose customers. If you don't want food waste then you are in the wrong business. You will lose more money by losing customers.

Have you ever craved something? You just wanted a certain food for a meal. Well that was me. I saw the sign on Sunday evening at a Popeys in Hickory. Ghost pepper wings it read. I love hot wings. The hotter the better. Been craving those wings since i saw the sign. So i go there today, tuesday evening. I am told that they no longer have them. They sold their allotment of them and have no more. I said the sign outside reads you ghost pepper wings. Now ive never eaten at a popeyes, because its out of my way, and i never will now. This is crap. I had to wait in the drive thru for 7 minutes, because once youre in line you cant get out, to get nothing. Terrible service.

This manager was very rude when trying to get his attention to advise the drive thru gave me the wrong order. He acted like a Mexican cartel who just got out of prison and only had the job because his patrol office required him to do so. He was not professional at all I was so afraid that he was going to assault me. I love this Popeyes chicken but I will not be returning to this location out of fear for my safety. When I got to the window I told them again what my order should be and they gave me what they wanted. Johnny Garcia when I ask what his name was he gave it to me like he was untouchable.

3rd time in 2mos I reluctantly revisited this place and I got what I deserve I should say.
Ordered 3 wing mild and side and each time... it's 2 wings, one spicy and a leg or a breast and over cooked. The mac would contain more burned cheese as if it was from the bottom of the pot and yes...always half empty! So I took pics as I did b4 and tonight 2/4/23 9:15 pm I returned to take back order and to let them make it right!... NOPE! THE NIGHT CREW ARE YOUNG AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE HEAVILY TATTOOED MGR ( MAN OR WOMAN) NO DISRESPECT TO GENDER, ALONG WITH THE CREW, NO SINCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR HAIR NETS! I'VE NOTICED EACH TIME IVE VISITED THIS STORE YOU SEE MORE TALKING AND CHATTING AMONGST ONE ANOTHER AND NOT FOCUSING ON THEIR JOB... WHICH IS THEE CUSTOMERS!

The popeys on 1999 e Sibley is one f my best. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent.their food is always nice and fresh and they don't mind dropping it for me so it can be fresh

I love this Popeyes! The food is always fresh and the price is just right and BJ has the greatest Customer Service!

Used to be good used to be more chicken Now less chicken and more greasy batter and wet meat with more dark no comparison to Chick-fil-A

I went with my family to popeyes. My son ordered chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. He got his food the chicken tenders were not cooked and the Mac and cheese was cold like it came out of the fridge. I order the chicken special and mashed potatoes my mashed potatoes were way to spicy to eat that was a waste of money. I will go somewhere else. Popeyes is off limits.

Food is always great! I'd give them 5 stars if I liked being disrespected! Unfortunately you have to past their rudeness to get to the food!

My food was not what I ordered they gave me someone else ordered very upset I live to far to take it back

I enjoy the chicken, and biscuits, the staff here are pretty friendly, and almost never late with my order.

Professional is also very friendly to free users, I plan to pay for it, pay attention to professional. From the time requirements, it is very suitable for leisure use, but I often lose it, it is very easy to use, really good

At the window at 6:16 pm I am greeted with we are only taking cash. I said fine and gave my item to be told they do not have sandwiches. I did not order one, but. Gave my cash only to get short changed $9.00. After my challenge I am told she gave me the correct change. She repeats what my change was and said it wrong again. I handed the change and receipt as she reads it back to find out she shorted me $9. No I am sorry. She left and had a nicer person finish.

Very slow thru the drive thru...once at the window, lots of workers chit chattering not working. Food is great...service is pitiful, I got the wrong order...after such a long wait.

When the food is hot it's second to none. I find myself hunting for a store with fresh hot chicken and fries. The flavor is top notch when you can find it fresh and hot.

I like Popeye's Chicken! They have been my favorite until I developed high blood pressure. I no longer can afford to consume their chicken because of health reason being specifically the extremely high sodium levels in their foods. I had to switch to another a brand that is not as salty as Popeyes. Hypertension is a huge problem in America. You can do something to keep Americans more healthy by being a leader and use less sodium in your products. Amen.
