I got a Popeyes story for you, 1-6-2023, the Fort Smith AR. One on zero st. I go there and there is a long line, two people give up their place in the drive thru, so i finally get to where you order and there is a sign that says please pull up to the window, well 20 min later i get there. I was getting 3 orders for the office and they proceeded to tell me they can only take one coupon from me so i explained how long i was in line and she said sorry, so i asked to speak to her manager and she said the same thing after i explained it to her, finally the manager got me her GM and no help there either, so asked for a phone number of her supervisor, she wouldn't give it to me and said she was the GM, to which i said well your a Horrible general Manager then and she told me in a very hateful way that i could just leave and then called me a $#*!. Now im not writing this for any perks from Popeyes in any way, from this experience i am Through with this company, i wouldnt take any thing from them if they offered it. And i will tell this story to the mountain tops, now i know they wont go out of buisness from me telling of what happened to me, but i will not be silent!

Drive thru order, Mark Messier Trail Edmonton, Ordered 3 piece chicken and received tenders. Side was not with order, no receipt, short on change. Taking my money and then handling food with the same pair of gloves.

The Popeye's in Spanish Fort Al has great service, and the chicken is fresh, crunchy and batter not too heavy. Highly recommend.

So basically, me and my family went out to buy some grub from Popeyes. We ordered one of those family meals for like 20-30 Dollars, we buy the meal and the people just take the money and just left

I completed my mobile order, went to the store, and they didn't fill my order. They didn't call like they said they would, either. They proceeded to say they didn't have the sandwiches on my order, but they could give me the rest of my order. I said then I need a refund. The cashier said they don't do that. I said, you won't give me my order and you won't give me a refund. After 20 mins of me trying to call the number for the help line, trying to use the app to talk to someone, and talking with the cashier bout the manager not being available. The cashier then offered me mini sandwiches. He said they just got an order in. He LIED. He said the truck just brought them. There was no truck in the parking lot. I have been to this store previously and had an issue with the app, and they were not helpful or accommodating in any way. They are not helpful; they would not help me get a refund. I love popeyes food, but I will no longer support this restaurant.

Purchased family meal on 4 occasions. The meal got progressively worst from the initial purchase. Contacted corporate 3 times. Never heard back. Will never buy it again. Stale... too salty, and of course not edible...

Why do I still attempt to actually believe this chicken house will actually give me an honest deal? They serve up total crap wrapped in crunch! One huge mess of a business! Capitalism at it's worst!

There are 2 Popeyes in Newport News Va. Both are horrible, occasionally I go back hoping something has changed. There's always new employees but nothing else changes. Never leave the store without checking your order since they will give you what they want you to have. On my last trip I requested a refund. The manager stated that they did not give refunds (wonder why). I insisted so they provided a gift card. I really wanted to patronize the place so I rode to the other location and made my order. Guess what the gift I obtained less than 30 minutes prior did not work. I took the chicken and left the manager to sort it out with the other store. After the experience I had as well as recounting what just had happen the person helping went to the back to get hot chicken for my troubles. You guessed it the order was wrong again. Popeye should be forced to close. I will do everything to make the powers that regulate this type of establishment know how crappy the service, neither place will win an award for cleanliness. POPEYES OF NEWPORT NEWS SUCK BIG TIME.

We got a 5 piece chicken tender. The tenders are so small they they are like a chicken nugget. They had just open and they taste like they were left over night. My husband order a 4 pcs the chicken is all dried up and they had just opened. Aw

Drive up, fast service, but my crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy, in fact it had changed color, the bottom on chicken breading was gray from sitting in the sandwich bag. Gross and chicken was grisly. Will not be back

I was at the Augusta Mall Popeyes12/7/2022. I wanted a 5piece wing combo. The young woman cashier called back the order to a woman who wore a manager shirt,with her head wrapped up high she was a large size black woman. When the young woman cashier called back the order to the large woman she answered with such a NASTY ATTITUDE and she gave the young woman which is the cashier DIRTY LOOKS as to say don't call nothing else back here because im not cooking! This woman needs to change her NASTY WAYS AND ATTITUDE before this Popeyes in the Augusta Mall will FOREVER RECEIVE BAD REVIEWS on the ACCORD of this LARGE WOMAN WHO WORE A MANAGER SHIRT
