Got your orders wrong 3 times in drive through offered 1000 points for few sandwhich what a joke, worse customer service online and in store ever I would never ever eat at this store BEREA KY

Waited 20 min no one took our order. We ended up going to KFC. Better food and service. Need to train your employees on customer service skills.

Our family loves Popeye's Chicken however, no one will volunteer to pick it up because of how long it takes. There can be one person in line before you and it still takes 30 minutes. Very slow and no one is in a hurry. For family during Thanksgiving week, I ordered online using Grubhub in the hopes it would be ready on time. My order was confirmed to be picked up between 5:55 and 6:05. My husband arrived at 6pm and they had not even started the order. It took 30 minutes to prepare. Very poor follow up!

I had a bad experience. First,I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for them to cook some fillets. Next after the fillets were done, they made two sandwiches for someone that came after me. I asked again about my sandwich and was told they had to defrost more bread. I don't think I will go back.

THIS POPEYES IN SAUK VILLAGE ILINOIS HAS THE WORST FOOD AND SERVICES IN THE SOUTH SUBURBS. A SIMPLE CHICKEN SANDWICH OR TENDERS AND EVEN THEIR CHICKEN.TASTE HORRIBLE. THERE CHICKEN TASTE OLD AND STALE AFTER THEY MAKE YOU WAIT 30 MINUTES.AND WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND KEEP YOUR CHANGE IF YOU RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION. MOST OF THEIR STAFF LOOK LIKE EX CRIMINALS AND RECOVERING DRUG ADDITS. THEY NEVER LIKE TO GIVE YOU A RECIEPT UNLESS YOU ASK FOR. AND ALWAYS PREFER YOU TO PAY CASH INSTEAD OF CREDIT CARD AS IF THEY COULD BE STEALING AND POCKETING STORE REVENUE. I BOUGHT 2 CHICKEN SANDWICHS ON NOV 18,2022, AND THEY TASTED LIKE A SALT PLOW DUMP TRUCK HAD JUST DROPPED A TON OF SALT ON MY SANDWICHES.AND THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME WITH THIS STORE. THE. FACILTY IS ALWAYS FILTY AND DIRTY. THIS POPEYE RESTURANT SHOULD EVETUALLY BE CLOSED DOWN OR SOME ONE CALLS THE BOARD OF HEALTH BEFORE SOME ONE GETS FOOD POSION. OR THEY PISSED THE WRONG PERSON OFF.

The man taking my order must have been constipated. He was not happy, no welcome, no can I get you anything else, no thank you, just an unhappy look on his face. He needs some customer service training. The chicken was very good. I will go back because of the food, not the "friendly" service.

I thought I would try Popeyes again,maybe just bad hire. So I went back after months passed. The new Blacken Chicken Sandwich cold,fries cold. The only thing that was supposed to be cold was my soda. Poor customer service it takes the employees at 20 minutes or more to serve you as well. There's lots of horse playing among employees. No one takes their job seriously. I remember when this store used to be Good years back,but now this location either needs to hire people who will actually work or close their doors for good. Market and Atlantic, Long Beach CA. Oh I threw everything away. Wasted good money.

I would vote it negative but I can't. I went to the Popeyes in Pickerington OH. The service was horrible and I paid for everything but didn't get it all.

We did a group order for our workplace and my order was missing. I called and was told it was not their problem, talk to the delivery person. I ordered over their website so I do not even know what delivery company they used. Once again not their problem. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "I am the manager". DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM, you won't get your food and it is not their problem.

We tried Popeyes near Coquitlam Center last week and found the chicken and fries tasty. The gravy is strange so won't be ordering that again. The one thing that annoyed me was we ordered a 14 piece meal and there were 5 legs and 4 thighs which is WAY too many dark pieces. They only gave us one wing, one breast and the rest ribs which is disappointing. At least make it 50/50 white and dark pieces for the price because it's not cheap. Not sure we'll be back because I would imagine it would be way to expensive to get a few more white pieces in the meal.

We went into the Popeyes in Waynesboro Va at 12:30 today. Will NOT go back again. Through the drive thru and inside ordering, no one could get an order right. They were leaving stuff out of the orders. One guy in the drive thru was told to pull up and wait. He waited 20 minutes, and came in to find out what was going on with his order. It was sitting at the drive thru window. It was cold. The chicken was full of grease. My husband ordered spicy, however he ended up with regular. Fries were missing from my granddaughters order, and the shrimp in mine was well overcooked. People comming in while we were there for 20 minutes, also with complaints of stuff missing from their orders. This is very poor management. The buscuits were absolutely delicious though.

Went there this evening with my friend, door staff are so rude but thought ok it's just open, the staff inside are even worse, looks like 12 year old's working behind the counter, they have no idea what they are doing and the Manager is even worse. Food is absolutely awful, don't waste your time going there trust me!
