Very nice friendly people I'm glad to see a new bunch it helps to make you want to come back I was so happy that the lobby was open and available for sit down eating

There was a young man at the Oshkosh drive thru and he was so kind to us with a great conversation and helping us even after we forgot our wallets and all we could give was a 5 dollar bill. Thank you to this young man! 10/29/22 9:47 PM

My mom and I are at Williamsport, Pa. Popeyes today. Our server Heather was awesome and I couldn't believe how much food we got! Food was excellent too!

I usually love Popeyes! They have my favorite spicy chicken sandwich, however, the one on 2060 E Victory is either horrible customer service or they close before the sign says they are closed. I'm just so disappointed that I am willing to fry up my own damn chicken! I won't be going back!

Hello I went to Popeyes on Navarro in Victoria Tx omg I'll never go back again the first they said plz have exact change and they were out of Mac and cheese mash patatoes, very little fries wow I was like ok well let me get my order I have exact change I ordered the two can dine meal through drive through I didn't check order due to they were slow so I figured they would get evrything correct on my order biscuits were hard a rock no fries and one of the breast was not fully cooked I didn't go back due too I was at home didn't want to deal with traffic anyways had a bad experience first time at the location on Navarro I'll never go back

Popeye Avondale Az has rotten service. I have been there 3 times and every time they have gotten my order wrong. Last night I stopped in at Avondale on Mcdowell and ordered a 5-piece meal for two. I got home (10 miles away) opened up the box and had 3 pieces a leg, a thigh and a wing. I tried to call them and no answer. I think the phone number on the internet is even wrong. Poor service at best. Stay away

Makes absolutely no sense to me that you $#*!ing idiots took out your BASIC, SUPER BASIC $#*! SANDWICH the "deluxe sandwich". Why? You can't put $#*!ing lettuce and tomatoes on your $#*!ing basic $#*!ty food

Oh my what a joke. Went to popeyes in north bay on lakeshore. To order are food. Packer looked confuse bagging food check it 3 times never have I waited for 43 minutes for my food. Won't see me back at that location

I just purchased two meals through drive thru at the John B. White, Spartanburg new location, for the first time. It was difficult to hear and understand the person taking the order. I ordered two #2 combination meals with coke/SPECIFIED white meat only; 2 Coleslaws, 3 apple pies. At home, we received legs and thighs, dark meat, 1 coleslaw. The portions were very small, like children's meals. I can't see me paying $31.21 for two kid's meals. The mash potatoes and coleslaw containers could not have fit more than 3 tablespoons of content. Never again, a rip off, and wrong order.

I went to hancock bdg pky for lunch on 10/12 after 2 not so good experiences I walk in and see the male mgr with his shirt halfway unbuttoned chewing gum in the kitchen! The he proceeded to flip one of the workers in the air in the kitchen then he does the GM! As if that wasn't enough two people are smoking there vapes while packing orders.the most unprofessional store I've ever seen. NEVE AGAIN!

In my opinion their popcorn shrimp is overcooked and the pieces are tiny, more like a piece of breading with very little shrimp.

On October 10,2022, at 5:45 p.m., I visited Popeyes' on W. Evans St. Your signs within the restaurant and your coupons do not disclose all the details clearly, or they are just merely a misrepresentation of taxes and what you are supposed to receive in a signature meal.

Customer service and professionalism, unfortunately, are terms that are now archaic, and the youth of today are unfamiliar with the meaning and the context of these words. After a hard day of work, I came to Popeye's for dinner only to be disappointed and annoyed once again. The display on the wall for the 2 pc signature box included 2 pieces of chicken, a drink, a dessert, and two sides. I did not receive my desserts, and management (Lee) refused to give it to me.

To add insult to injury, I was charged tax for a "free" meal with a coupon. This needs to be indicated on the receipt.

Your management needs to understand their businesses are closed without satisfied customers.

The customer is always right, and this manager's remarks were appalling and nonchalant. It is not a good look for your company.

While ordering a 5 piece box, I asked for anything but thighs for this order. The announcer said what do you want? I said anything but thighs i. E. legs will do as a substitute. When I arrived home I had one wing, one breast and 3 thighs. Needless to say I was mad. You can bet that I will not be darkening your doors again in the future and will tell everyone that I see what great service you have. Also the store is located in Paragould Arkansas on highway 42. Store looks great but service is lousy. This is the second time that this has happened in the last month. Good luck on staying in business.
