I ordered at chicken sandwich and found a big $#*! cockroach in my sandwich then tried calling twice and none of them answered to show them that there was a cockroach in my sandwich. I also told them that to not put pickle and tomatoes in my chicken sandwich when i was ordering and they still put them on so i had to take them out

Tasteless Meal

I ordered a 2 piece chicken that came with a side order of beans and rice and one biscuit. The chicken was bland and tasteless and was not seasoned with popeye's seasoning. The red beans and rice were too dry and the biscuits needed some butter or something to give them flavor. After I placed my order and moved to the other end of the counter, there sat a stack of coupons that I could have used when I placed my order. Those coupons should have been placed in the customers view so that we can utilize them. When a customer has a coupon they will most likely buy more chicken.

I went to the Westminster store. I ordered three piece chicken fingers, no sides. The fingers were cold. I had to ask for napkins, ask for sauce. After my order was completed, I had to ask for my receipt. On the plus side, I got five fingers and only ordered three. This is the first time I have had all of these problems but I won't be going back, too much competition in the same area.

Manager refused coupon because I could not read coupon number. I was in restaurant mgmt. This is not the way to treat a customer.

Went to Popeyes in Little Ferry, NJ. It was a disappointment. I understand prices have gone up, but I was still surprised by the $12 I had to pay for a meal that had a side dish that was only half full, a miniature chicken wing that was nowhere near full size, no utensils, no napkins and had to wait 15 minutes for a dessert that was supposed to have taken 5 minutes to finish cooking! The server was friendly, but it seems that little is said about the quality of service and the little things that contribute to customer satisfaction.

Disappointing!

I was so glad to see a new Popeyes open in the Syracuse area but that didn't last long. Shortly after the store opened I returned, after being there opening day, and there was a pile of dirt in the middle of the floor and all of the tables were dirty. The person that waited on me didn't know how to ring me up. Even after that I went back and was greeted with "our soda machine isn't working and we don't have spicy chicken". Again the person didn't know how to ring up my order and all of the tables were dirty. Not surprising but no one was at the drive through and I was the only person in the dining room but there were employees standing around but no one felt the need to even clean the tables. I guess I give up.

Night crew

We walked in around 8:10 weren't greeted and we wait for about 10 minutes before our order was even taken and all the staff members were trying to avoid eye contact with us as we were waiting because they were ignoring us. Girl with short blueish purple and Black hair took our order and was messing around with one of her co-workers completely ignoring us and then just walked away and we were unsure weather the payment process was over. Very sad to say that this was absolutely an awful trip here hopefully this gets fixed :(

Order your food don't get what you ordered but you paid for it had to go into store and had to pay for it again this place is a total joke I would quit eating if this was the only place in Dawsonville to get food if they had a brain they would take it out and play with it a bunch of butt brained idiots

I went to Popeye's Chicken to get dinner last night; during 5:00 o'clock traffic (my fault) and boy was that a mistake. When placing my order, I ask if the shrimp was spicy because I can't eat the spicy food. He said, "No." Okay give me the Shrimp Basket. I also ask for the 8-piece Classic all Dark Chicken. Went to window to pay my $32.00 and was told to pull up it would be about 15 minutes. Oh okay, is this fast food? Lady pulls up behind me and was told to pull over and wait for her food. The only two customers, no other cars in parking lot. Got home and did not have my order, I guess maybe it was the other lady's order I had. Called them and got Oh I am sorry, were you the lady with the Shrimp basket and 8-piece chicken, yes that is me, okay do you want to put my name on your receipt and when you come back some time, we will make it right. I said no, I would like my Friday Night dinner. I will make the drive back to get my dinner. She says okay what was missing? Now she had just said are you the lady with... I tell her what I had again. Okay we will have it waiting for you. Drove through traffic again, got the order went home and everything was spicy, not Classic, like I ordered. I was pissed to say the least! Short story I had no Friday night dinner. I can't eat the spicy! If I had called again and made another trip to get a correct order, it would not have been pleasant. I could have understood this if they were super busy, but it was just me and one other customer. I Chicken Pot Pies in the oven for dinner. I am so done with Popeye's Chicken!

W2 times in 2 days I went to the Popeyes on military trail, just south of community. BOTH TIMES I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE DRIVE-THRU AND COULDN'T GET A RESPONSE FOR LITERALLY 10 MINUTES. The first time I just left. The second I drove to the window to place my order due to the lack that I had zero desire to sit in a Popeyes drive thru all night but I was hungry. The cashier refused to take my order cause she said I had to order at the speaker? I made it extremely clear of what I thought of her complete lack of work ethic and went to KFC right up the road. Funny, excellent service so I'm sure you can figure out where I'll be going from now on when I want chicken. Word of advice to owner. Hire some white people.

Wasted my money...

Bought the hush puppy butterfly shrimp combo from Popeyes in Palatka, Florida. The drive thru teller asked us to pull forward in order to cheat the service clock, we waited for about ten minutes to get the food, just to get home and find out they my shrimp are half cooked. The batter on the outside is golden brown, while the inside is mushy and wet.
Popeyes, you need to give me a full refund. Zero stars for lack of effort.

They have one of the worst customer services I've ever seen. From someone who used to work in food it was actually sad. Once I told them they messed up my order instead of fixing my order this lady decided to argue with me about it while giving me a rude $#*! faces. They never fixed my order I left..

I went through the drive through, and we told the lady that was all and she didn't say anything so we said hello multiple times because they'll usually tell you ur total, and she goes did you need anything else and he said no that was it, she said well I told you to pull to the window, we get up to the window and she was like do u have a problem and we said if u have a problem and she said u had an attitude when really it was her who had an attitude and she was being so rude and told us she wasn't going to serve us and deal with little $#*! kids and that she was giving us our money back because she wasn't going to deal with us. She was very rude and kept going back and fourth. Will not be going there. And I hope she gets fired Cus I bet this isn't the first time someone's had to deal with her rude $#*!.

I spent $25 on tiny Chicken combos that where not cooked all the way and fries that weren't even fried. The drinks where just as bad water down and super small. People compare them with KFC I'd rather have KFC every day then Popeyes ever again.
