Went to #******* gulf breeze. The manager Dennis was drunk. Food was cold and stale. They actually tried to sell me pot through the window. Should have called the police.

Waited 10 min to get to speaker, didn't mind that. Waited 10 min in front of speaker before able to place order, I minded that. I was then told to pull forward and wait for order, approx 2 min, she said. Waited another 10 minutes then food came out. Fries were soggy and the shrimp I waited for was Luke warm. This was at the Greenfield Indiana location.
No concept of "fast food" or the reason for a drive up window.

I visited the new Windsor location my order was missing food and the restaurant was disgusting Good spilled everywhere even the register had food stains and grease. No one has any gloves of hair nets. This is frightening especially with the pandemic. I have never experience at any other location i have visited.!
To slow need more help hope not get any more old chicken afte i pay 24 dollars its a shame to seve and then wait 30 minutes for chicken on wynnton road and get that girl out the window she is supper slow
I ordered online for an order pickup at the Greenwood Popeyes. Online it instructed me to go to thru the drive thru and give them my name to pick up my order. After waiting 20 minutes waiting in line, I was told by the drive thru speaker to come inside. When I went inside there were 7 staff members that didn't seem to care if anyone got their food or not. The 5 adult women seemed to all be trying to do the least amount of work possible. I waited along with 5 other unfortunate patrons for over 30 minutes for my order. I wouldn't have continued to wait, but I had already paid for my $43 order online. When I received my order, it was incomplete. However, after waiting for 50 minutes at the store for my online order…I decided it wasn't worth going back in to get my missing items. I understand the world is short staffed right now. This wasn't a staffing issue though…it was a work issue that resulted from lack of organization and poor work ethic. The only reason I even gave one star is because as a first time patron, the food I actually did receive was pretty good. However, I won't be returning. It's not worth almost an hour wait and only getting half the food I paid for. Will be very surprised if they stay in business….
OMG, I worked Katrina and I never ate Popeye's while in Lousiana! Mixed reviews of their food then. So, here it is years later and I decided to drive up to Popeye's an someone needed to shot me! The food was horrible, simply horrible! So, I am to understand that they are celebrating 50 years... and it will be another 150 years before I would ever eat at a Popeyes. The food is horrible and I ended up throwing it in the trash. Be fore warned of this horrible establishment.
1022 US-80, Pooler, GA ******* Went to this popeyes to buy a family meal and the cole slaw was spoiled so I returned it and got the mashed potatoes which were hot when I got home only to realize that were spoiled too I was too tired to drive back to that store will never buy from them again.
I went into the store on Nederland it was extremely busy, the employees were extremely friendly. My order was fresh and hot. It was an amazing experience..
Came through Drive-Thru to order my food 2 Can Dine, 2 Red Beans and Rice, Spicy only legs and wings/tenders (Biscuits). The team wasn't organized. Didn't have fresh chicken, or tenders (spicy) very dry and they gave me the wrong box it was a box full of half eaten chicken…very disappointed! Also, gave me a full Red Beans and Rice for the mess up. What? I won't be back. I come here all the time with my children and it is always fresh, they ask you for sauce preference but tonight was very disappointing. I called the store to talk to the manager and also say I didn't receive a receipt and I would like a free full replacement but a guy answered and said "The manager is very busy hold on" and all I can here is the background is yelling (taking orders) not listening. Never again going to Fairfield Ave and yes I have time for this.
Move faster it dont take 20mins each car we pulled in at 8:31 its 9:13 and we have moved two spaces no exaggeration people standing outside to smoke no food is getting made a big waste of time…. The way that the drive thru is you cant get out of line literally just sitting stuck for no reason
Since corona started, they closed the lobbies. I totally understand that but drive thru wait time shouldn't be over an hour, just to get to the speaker and try to order something and they tell you that they are out of/don't have it. You have had enough time to make more! I'm done with Popeyes because this is happening more frequently than it should. I've worked in fast food so I understand that there are days where you tire of the rush but damn this is just ridiculous!
Everything about my Popeyes experience on Baltimore Pike was perfect. Quick and quality service, friendly and hardworking workers, and delicious food!
The staff was very friendly and the food came out very quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food and better service.

Never go this to this place it's not a good place to eat they give you wrong orders and they put the chicken in the bag without box and it's just nasty
I ordered a 12 PC box meal at 12:16. I was charged 2.00 for the 2nd large side. I was asked to pull around to the double doors and they would bring it out. I noticed others waiting there, but they eventually went inside and finally came out with their food. I waited because I'm in a wheelchair. Then I noticed a man actually lock the door. A couple people tried to get in, door locked. At about 1300 a young man appeared outside and I got his attention and asked about my order and about 10 minutes later he brought it out. This was unacceptable anywhere. Hot day had to keep the ac running, gas as you know is very expensive. My large sides were half full, I only received 5 biscuits. I quit going to McDonald's 15 years ago because of a similar problem. Store #*******. I hope someone looks into this. On a positive note, the chicken was cooked perfectly.
I had a great experience at this Popeyes. It has been a while since I've eaten at Popeyes and everyone was helpful, took my order right away and made sure I had what I ordered with napkins and sauces. Also, the chicken was fresh and I did not have to wait very long. Delicious
Answer: I do not know that answer... except that they have to be aware of how horrible their food is. Not to worry, This will be the first and last time I eat anything from Popeye's in this lifetime!
Answer: I'm wondering why Popeyes rice tastes terrible too. I know I'm not buying it again.
Answer: Over cooked and old. Help inexperienced. I am afraid they are over paid too. Always new people on hand.
