Terrible service from Plumbing Force. Came to repair a leaky shower in early October. They identified the problem part and said they would find a replacement, should take a week. After chasing constantly via phone/email I finally get told that the part was difficult to source but they have ordered it and it'll be about a week.
I chased again numerous times on email/calling and over a month passed. No part, no response on fixing the problem.
The shower now leaks more than ever and the temperature control now doesn't work as a result of their shoddy performance. Woeful

Have a homecare plan with British Gas. They serviced my boiler that was working fine. A few hours following the service the heating and hot water stopped working. Call BG but they couldn't send anyone for 2 weeks. Called Plumbing Force who can same day. They managed to fix the problem within an hour and give me a quote for recommended work. I need to make a claim against BG and they have ensured I have all the correct paper work for that claim. Engineers were great and they've gone above and beyond.
Mark was a professional from start to finish. Everything happened on time and the work was of exceptional quality. I would defiantly recommend.
Had a problem with the 3A fuse supply to my Worcester Bosch boiler blowing. An engineer arrived and proceeded to disconnect the main water pump, 3-port valve and other electrical connections to try and isolate the problem. The engineer was unable to find the problem but I was still charged in excess of £500. To make matters worse I believe the engineer also accidently disturbed the rear cold water pipe of the shower pump in the same cupboard as the main water pump etc. causing it to leak, so a couple of days later I notice the living room ceiling has sagged and the fire place wall is also wet. The company claimed they had no liability. Avoid them.
Sorted out boiler. Checked gas and explained the problem. All fine. Professional approach but also nice chap.

Day of boiler failure (mid afternoon) contacted Plumbingforce and arranged an appointment for 10am-2pm the next day. No contact made by Plumbingforce by 1.20pm on the day arranged, so I contacted the help desk. Received a call back to say that the appointed engineer had 'gone home to sort out domestic problems' and would not be returning that day {Saturday), so there was no prospect for my boiler problem to be resolved until the following Monday. The help desk agent was extremely apologetic, but it meant that I had to suffer another two days of extremely cold weather without any heating (no service on Sunday). Now the good part! An engineer, Justin Sidhu, arrived on the Monday as promised and carried out a very professional examination and repair to the boiler. The service he provided could not be bettered and, within 40 minutes, my heating was once again functioning. So, initially a regrettable experience recovered well.
I submitted a positive review as our plumber, Richard, drove away. Within five minutes we had a floor covered in water, which turned out to be due to an issue unrelated to the original call-out. It was 1800 on Saturday evening. I called back more in hope than expectation. Within five minutes Richard was back and he fixed the issue. We could not be more grateful for the service provided by Plumbing Force. From first contact (lovely Irish guy in the call centre - sorry I don't know your name) to the call from a manager (was it Mark?) keeping us informed and then to Richard, who sorted us out. What was truly impressive was the fact that the charges levied were extremely fair. Frankly we could have been screwed - instead the costs have been a welcome signal of an ethical business approach. As a business owner myself I appreciate this mindset. Well done Plumbing Force. And thank you!
Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even went out of his way to check if parts were still available on a very old bolier. He still managed to get the immersion megaflow serviced so we have hot water at least. Thank you Adam. All done within an hour so really appreciate his professionalism and his efficiency.

Booked a gas engineer to move a pipe. Very unprofessional looking man, without a mask, arrived completely unprepared to carry out the work. Left after 2 minutes saying he would come back, later received a message saying it would cost around £500. Plumbingforce then billed me £118 for the callout. I expressed my concerns to Plumbingforce and was told "it's in the terms and conditions" that they will charge regardless of outcome.
Faultless service. Engineer Andrew arrived within the time slot allocated. Our faulty shower was inspected and was found to be beyond repair. A brand new replacement was fitted professionally straight away. Many thanks.
Macerator was playing up. Needed a new microswitch fitting. Matt the plumber was awesome. Dealt with it quickly and efficiently, was also really tidy and left no mess. Booking was easy, and Matt kept us up to date with his arrival time. Really great service and would definitely recommend.
Thank you to Chris who unblocked our Saniflow, very professional, PPE worn, very clean and great communication with the company. Will definitely be using again if we encounter any further problems.

Due to current lockdown and Covid-19 restrictions initial engagement was delayed, however the support / despatch team are available via web chat or phone to provide updates as required, once this period was passed the engagement was extremely good.
The engineering attendance provided a very efficient investigation to establish the root cause of the problem, once established the fault was repaired.
Following this all affected appliances were then tested to ensure full service was restored.
The engineer worked in a clean and tidy manor at all times, and the work was completed within the initial quoted price.
First rate service - engineer Matt explained faults to boiler & how to remedy same. Engineer wore face mask whilst carrying g out repairs and provided regular updates
My normal service provider couldn't fit me in until January, so I called Plumbing force who managed to send someone on the same day I called and it was all done very efficiently and quickly. I couldnt have asked for better.
A leaking pipe was quickly resolved by Richard, who attended very promptly. Very friendly and efficient, who located the offending pipe. Little mess and disruption, restoring normality. Well done and highly recommended.
Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
