On the day in question I waited in for the first 2 hours of my 4 hour window and nothing. Rang to check I was still in queue and was told yes,.
Time passed and I answered a call from Plumbing Force to tell me they couldn't honour my booking and could arrive Monday. This was not possible for me so I cancelled. They have since charged my card for the full amount
And made no effort to correct the problem.

The telephone operator booked my visit without haste and the plumber who attended my elderly mothers property was polite, very professional and rectified the issue in good time and within his allotted hour. Albeit you may be able to get cheaper the service I received was well worth the cost. I would certainly use them again.

His advice helped me to get the gas meter changed quickly to get the heating on within the next 2 hours. Plumbingfarce. Is an apt description of this truly horrible company. They charged £426 for a call out for a non working boiler. Took a brief look at boiler and said it needed a new pump and fan. Spent the rest of the time (almost 2 hours) testing for leaks and left my boiler gas supply crippled and did not reconnect. In the wonderfully 'professional' opinion of the 'engineer' the boiler was not worth repairing. Quoted a hideous figure of £1k for a new fan and pump to be fitted. No doubt to help persuade me that I would be far better off with a shiny new boiler which would only cost me £4.5k... this laughable quote will tell you all you need to know about these clowns. Ripoff Britain still goin strong...
Plumbing Force attended next day as promised ( and so close to Christmas) James the Engineer was excellent and communicated his actions well. Couldn't ask for more!

Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
