Plumbingforce were super speedy in replying and for the availability of appointment. Ivan was on time, friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the overall service and will definitely use them again.

Called this company who made booking and took my card details.
On the day in question I waited in for the first 2 hours of my 4 hour window and nothing. Rang to check I was still in queue and was told yes,.
Time passed and I answered a call from Plumbing Force to tell me they couldn't honour my booking and could arrive Monday. This was not possible for me so I cancelled. They have since charged my card for the full amount
And made no effort to correct the problem.

Excellent service all round... would use again. The issue was identified quickly and due care was taken to resolve. Friendly and informative throughout the job

Needed gas safety check. I made the call at 10 am and Neil turned up couple of hours later, when the appointment was agreed with the office. Great communication and service. Highly recommended

Booked appointment same day office kept in touch, Engineer came on time neat and tidy while our boiler was being serviced, good job

Same day service. Diagnosed and fixed the fault within a couple of hours. Explained and showed the fault and the parts needed to repair it. Good prices.

Fast, reliable and very professional. I had a very low water pressure in the taps, called these guys up and they fixed it the next day. It's my second time using them and both times problem was solved quickly with no hassle.

Mark was very punctual and professional, replacing the pump and valve, he explained why the commercial units failed within a year, and that previous units had been cobbled together, from old British Gas plumbing.

Using Plumbingforce was straight forward from start to finish. The telephone operator booked my visit without haste and the plumber who attended my elderly mothers property was polite, very professional and rectified the issue in good time and within his allotted hour. Albeit you may be able to get cheaper the service I received was well worth the cost. I would certainly use them again.

I had not used your company before and after finding your advert online I was a bit unsure of the service I might receive. As it was I needing have worried.
Arranging the visit over the phone was straightforward and the call handler was clear and helpful.
The engineer called ahead to advise of arrival time. He carried out the job quickly and efficiently and explained my options as to how to resolve the issue. His advice helped me to get the gas meter changed quickly to get the heating on within the next 2 hours. I am very grateful for your service and will recommend your company and would happily use you again.

Plumbingfarce. Is an apt description of this truly horrible company. They charged £426 for a call out for a non working boiler. Took a brief look at boiler and said it needed a new pump and fan. Spent the rest of the time (almost 2 hours) testing for leaks and left my boiler gas supply crippled and did not reconnect. In the wonderfully 'professional' opinion of the 'engineer' the boiler was not worth repairing. Quoted a hideous figure of £1k for a new fan and pump to be fitted. No doubt to help persuade me that I would be far better off with a shiny new boiler which would only cost me £4.5k... this laughable quote will tell you all you need to know about these clowns. Ripoff Britain still goin strong...
