Plumbingforce have now done several major jobs for us on two call-outs, problems which had occurred during lockdown, and could not therefore be resolved at the time. All repairs were done by Marc, an excellent engineer who knows his stuff. At last, after several disasters in the past, we have found a perfect plumber and a perfect company. Marc is hard-working, affable and tidy, and he explains everything you. The company books you in almost immediately and they let you know what is happening all the time.
Ben did a thorough job on the boiler service explaining everything he had done. Very professional and would highly recommend.
Neil came as an emergancy call out and very quickly determined the action to take, when my youngest decided to rawwrr at him he took interest and interacted with him, job was done quickly and professionally. He was very enthusiastic and was more than willing to engage in coversation. Would deffiently reccomend.
So, after being told that emails to the customer enquiry email take 10 days to be answered, I sent an email today asking for an installation price and availability and got a response in 10 MINUTES.
Asked them why they have not answered my original email to come and fit the gas oven that they ALREADY took the money for and was told that they will look into this query now and get back to me today. This company is a COMPLETE CON.
Sent a unprofessional plumber sent 3 hours on the site, but most of the time on the phone seems like asking help. Didn't fix in the end, but still talking over £350 from my bank. Called the company already, just asking me send it with email there is nothing they can do, it's company police. No wonder they have to take card details from the start. Otherwise they know no one is going to pay for nothing. Please avoid this company. Trust Me, otherwise u will just become next victim

Called this morning to book a boiler service, they came this afternoon. Arrived on time, very pleasant and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.
Engineer was on time, very knowledgeable and competent. Did a great job diagnosing the problem and was very thorough in fixing and testing after completing the job. A++++
Contacted company via online chat bot and they responded very quickly with call back to discuss my requirements. They provided the hourly rate and we arranged for engineer to come and complete the job. The engineer Anthony Bilson arrived within the time slot and did a very good job of installing and testing the gas hob. I am very pleased with the work.
The communication from plumbing force was brilliant with updates provided. The service was arranged swiftly and the work was completed there and then very efficiently.
Phoned around 6pm in the evening and arranged for plumber to come next day. I had hot water just no heating so was not such an emergency. Gave me a choice of time slots. The plumber arrived promptly in the time slot chosen and phoned an hour before arriving. Fixed the problem with my boiler and thankfully had the parts on his van. The plumber was very professional and gave my boiler a full service too. Excellent job, very pleased. Far better than British Gas. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Force.

Engineer, Andy, made a quick assessment, identified the problem and set to work... no messing about. The job of replacing the valve in the water tank, was done in less than an hour. A very pleasant and polite engineer.

Due to an emergency we required urgent boiler repairs and contacted this Company after British Gas (who we have a boiler policy with) were unable to attend until 5 May. The Company answered the phone immediately and gave me a job time with the instruction to call me when the engineer was on the way. This did happen and the engineer, Matthew Edwards, identified the problem, sourced the part and came back the following morning to fit the part and ensure the heating and hot water were working. I was extremely impressed with Matthew Edwards and on this basis would recommend this Company
Andy from Plumbing force attended within 90minutes of my call and was done within the hour.

Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
