Plumbingforce took £120 plus VAT for a call out fee. Their engineer did no investigation, lied to us about the problem being a broken valve he could not have known was broken and in fact was not broken, required a further £275 for a return visit to fix the problem he had invented. We found the answer online within minutes after he left. New batteries in the wall thermostat fixed the problem. Plumbingforce were rude and obstructive and refused to refund our money even though they must recognise this scam because other reviewers have suffered the same type of scam. We will sue. We would suggest you avoid Plumbingforce.
Boiler light constantly blinking. Reset was fine but had to be done every so often for the boiler to re-start. Being a saturday my local plumbing company was closed, so I searched the web and came across Plumbing Force. Regular contact to advise on the engineer transit time. Very polite, friendly and explained everything he was doing. Would recommend!
The gentleman arrived within 1 hour of being called. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The service was carried out promptly. I can't fault Plumbingforce's performance.

Contacted PF to have glass replaced on gas fire. Can you refit new glass? Yes we can. NO YOU CAN'T!
Engineer was fine (no complaints) - customer service though is atrocious. Despite the job not being overly urgent due to the summer - having to chase, not kept informed, no returned calls - took forever for any effort to acquire the piece of glass so gave up in the end. Managed to acquire glass myself at half the cost and with a bit a 'digging' managed to find a gas fire engineer to fit it. Take a tip from me and source your gas fitter/plumber locally for a much more better service.
Called him out to mend my 89 year old mums gas fire. He was very kind and patient with her - especially as she had not got her hearing aids in.
The plumber was here within 2 hours of the request. He was fast, efficient and very polite and jolly. He established the problem and fixed it very quickly. He gave sensible advice on what to do if the problem reoccurs. We would thoroughly recommend Plumbing Force and would definitely use them again if the necessity arose. We are very happy customers!
I contacted plumbingforce because I had a faulty shower with needed replacing. They had slots available for booking on same day or on a future date. Their plumber came to assess the work, quoted for what needed doing and came on another day to install it.
The job was professionally done and I am pleased with the service that was provided. I will definitely use them again.
Having been repeatedly let down by our usual plumber to fix a boiler issue at a tenanted property, Plumbing Force were able to get it sorted within 24 hours. Particular thanks to Neil Heelas who I'm told was an incredibly nice and professional guy. It might've cost a little more but hard to put a price on happy (and more importantly warm) tenants.

Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
