Very happy with the service, had a call to advise when the engineer was on his way, the engineer was very friendly, helpful and diligent, the old tap was rusted up and proved difficult to shift, but the engineer persisted, removed the old one and replaced it with the new tap in good time. Had a good experience the last time I used plumbingforce to install a washing machine and look forward to PForce installing a shower unit for me.

Pipe clearly difficult to work with as compression fittings failed to make watertight seal. The plumber
Persisted and increased pipe to 15mm by soldering various sections of pipe and fitted larger 15mm
Lockshield. If compression joints had been successful then time taken would have been halved but I appreciate effort made to resolve the issue and bring the radiator back into use.
The engineer came at the time arranged on the morning of my phone call. He was very efficient and knowledgable and covered his shoes to protect my cream carpet. Would definitely recommend this company to others. Job done at a reasonable price too.

Absolutely shocking! We have dealt with over 30 gas engineering companies and have never experienced service, customer service, lies, delays, lack of communication, excessive billing and an appliance left in an unsafe state! Having then spoken to Michelle, the 'Resolutions manager' her attitude was appalling. 1 job they attended 5 hours late, and told the tenant they needed to go out for a part, then never returned. When we arrived the tenant was still sat waiting. The 'Resolutions Manager' then spoke to the engineer and advised us 'the tenant had to go out' - he was still waiting when we arrived the same day. The 2nd job they attended 24 HOURS LATE!, capped off the heater but also removed it (containing asbestos) which we never asked them to do and left it propped against a wall with asbestos rope sat on top. They have attempted to charge us an extra £100 for this 'service'! Having spoken to Michelle, clearly very unhappy with the service but polite all the same, she advised me she was going to 'terminate the call'. Wow - steer clear.
The plumber was very helpful, quick and efficient. He noticed other aspects of our house that may need work and gave us sound advice.
Had a small leak in my bathroom which the plumber came to sort out he was friendly polite and listened to what I had to say he sorted it in no time thank you
The engineer David Reynolds, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach to dealing with my issue, which he quickly assessed and brought to a satisfactory conclusion.

Cancelled first day then it cost me £230 to say they couldn't fix the problem and quoted over £1000. It was done in less than an hour and £300 by a professional company. Karma will get them hopefully. They must write their own positive reviews.

Company came out and fixed the problem. However charges are a rip off. The part replaced was 70% more than from a DIY store. Also the plumber diagnosed the problem within 20 mins, then said he had to get a part and charge an additional hour to fix, this I feel is a scam to charge more time for the job. The fix took a further 20 mins and was charged 2 hours at £118.80 per hour for this. I approached the company about my concerns before writing any reviews, but they just affirmed it is what it is
Expert diagnosis, very efficient, a bit on the pricy side but we needed a rapid response so that is what you pay for.
If we had took more time to look for a local plumber perhaps it could have been half the price

Our broken boiler was repaired by a Plumbingforce engineer within a few hours after I contacted them. I'm very pleased with the service.

Booking the boiler service was fast and took only a couple of minutes. The service visit itself was thorough and comprehensive. Highly recommended.
This past Thursday Mike Rye gave our heating system a new lease on life. He cleaned out at least 15 years of sludge and now all the radiators heat up and we are enjoying a warm house. We certainly can recommend his services and friendly personality!
Not only did they not fix our boiler they broke the wiring causing new issues. When asked to come and at least fix what they were paid for they came again, blamed it on a "blockage" (days late) and charged us AGAIN without our approval. This company are a rip off and should be avoided. A different company came and fixed both issues in 30minutes. Just look how many 1 star reviews this company have. There would be more in othersites that charge money to remove them (seems like they pay for that too).
Absolutely avoid at every cost. Not living in London full time I arranged a boiler service at my flat on December 13th between 8 and 12 when I was next in town. They failed to show up and asked if it would be ok if they came later between 12 and 6. I said it wasn't as i had afternoon meetings. We then arranged another appointment between 8 and 12 today (17th December). Despite me chasing to get an idea of time and asking for a priority call due to their failure on the first appointment they have just called to say their plumber has gone home, can somebody come later, up to 6 again. I said it wasn't. This is the second time they have failed to show up. I went with them against my better judgement and should have used Pimlico Plumbers as before. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with plumbing force. They offered no apology and complete disregards for customer service.
Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
