Initially booked for following day but received text stating someone would be with me within the hour. Engineer came, detected problem and, although unable to remedy immediately, offered extremely good advice. Found engineer to be very friendly and competent.

After coming to fix' an original issue - two visits later, this is what happened the first time we used the toilet. We had paid £120 for this - payment wasn't taken immediately - before an engineer even came to my door. We were quoted £1000 for a problem that was fixed with some cleaner. My hallway is ruined. Customer service is beyond appalling. Terrible company.

I called at about one o'clock and the receptionist said they would call before five. THE YOUNG MAN CAME AT FOUR O'CLOCK AND BEFORE HALF PAST IT WAS REPAIRED SUCCESSFULLY.
I WAS DELIGHTED WITH THE RESULT, WHICH I HAD NOT EXPECTED SO QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
I. CAN ONLY SAY I WOULD RECOMMEND PLUMBING FORCE TO ANYONE I KNOW.

A Good Plumber arrived and he completed a relatively good job with the tap fitting. However a small leak appeared in the water waste pipe of the one part of the sink waste unit. Although the plumber made a relatively good test of the finished job (he was a good plumber to be fair), the sink which has a dual sink area presented a small leak in the water waste pipe of one of the two sink area waste pipes (One of the waste pipes was tested, however the second waste pipe from the small sink unit of the two sink workstation was accidentally overlooked for the leakage check). Within one hour of the completed job I called the support center to flag this leakage issue that presented. I also flagged the invoice that had been billed to me. I was assured that I would be charged £85 + VAT (and plus any extra charges for incidentals that might need to be included - fair enough). I was charged £99 + VAT for the job however this was not was agreed. The day of the job booking the plumber failed to attend even though I called the call center to esquire of his whereabouts. The time keeping is appalling. Because the Plumber failed to turn up on the agreed day (I spent the whole day waiting), I pointed out that the fee was slightly less at £85 plus VAT for any following day appointments so the lesser fee was agreed. The final invoice did not reflect this agreement so I called up to flag this issue. I was told that the excess was mistakenly charged and I would be refunded for this mistake. So there were two issues with my experience with Plumbingforce. The customer support center are extremely rude, unhelpful, confrontational and condescending. In my attempt to report the small leak from the waste pipe which had appeared one hour after the tap fitting, I was rebuffed by the customer care assistant. I was accused of insulting the Telephone customer care assistant. I was accused of talking down to the assistant merely for attempting to describe the leakage issue. I was told that if I want a plumber to examine the job I would have to pay a further £99 + VAT. I was extremely perplexed at the accusation of being insulting to the assistant. I asked her which particular adjective I used to insult her, however the assistant was unable to qualify her false and disturbing accusation. The customer service falls short of anything acceptable in regards to resolving any customer issues. This scant disregard to customer satisfaction and after care, the dismissal of problems and issues with no objective to come to a reasonable resolution, coupled with confrontational and reactive communication is the unreasonable behavior that you as a customer will have to contend with when trying to resolve any issues that arise with this company. I fixed the leak myself with a new seal that I purchased from B&Q, as Plumbingforce failed to call me back regarding my call to them about the issue.

Charged £1800 to supply and replace existing shower. Cost of shower £700 from Mira. The engineer did a good job fitting it and spent less than 4 hours to fix. Existing plumbing was used. The customer service is diabolical and refused to issue an invoice that broke down the cost of materials and labour. We believe that the labour charge was for a complete fit and not replace. Management were very rude and would not budge. Disgusted and definitely would not recommend.

Do not ever use

Do not ever use, absolute daylight robbers. Came to fix a problem, had to come back again for a related problem and charged me again even though I said I didn't want the work done as it probably was a result of the first visit. So basically paid £102 for a plumber to stand in my bathroom for 15 minutes and do no work.

The plumber himself was pleasant enough but the man at the office was not willing to listen, and even though being told by another person at the office I wouldn't be charged he then stated I was and would not go back on their word.

Better companies out there, please do not use.

Neil was great! He provided excellent service and expertise.
Problem was sorted in a matter of days despite my boiler has been installed in a very inconvenient way where it's almost impossible to reach and examine all parts. Despite this Neil carried out the job and now I have hot water running again and a 1 year guarantee in my repair.
Happy customer.
I will definitely recommend this company.

This a zero star review! I was told someone would be with me between the hours of 11 and 3, I then get a call around 2pm stating the engineer running behind and they need to push it back to 2 to 6 pm. I asked if this was a definite or I would call out someone else as I've been without running water for 2 days. I was promised that it was. I then continue to wait in until 5 when I get a text message saying my appointment has been cancelled all together and to ring to re book. Why would anyone want to rebook with someone as incompetent as these clowns!?! I rang up to complain about the fact I've been lied to only to be call a liar by the most unprofessional woman I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. After hanging up she then rang my ex boyfriend who made the booking ( she thought he was my landlord haha) to try and Cause trouble for me and she sent me a text telling me. What a clown she is. After looking at the google reviews it's apparent that the positive ones are all fake (look at peoples other reviews and you will clearly see) I just rang a local plumber who charged no call out fee and was here within 20 mins. Avoid like the plague.
