I was sent an engineer who could not help me with a blocked sink which was caused by the insinkerator.
I am left with a faulty sink, broken insinkerator and I am £100 out of pocket.
When I called asking for assistance. I received an email stating that they were happy to reschedule another visit for another call out charge of £100.
Do yourself a favour and find a better company.
I called for service from qualified engineer to remove old hotpoint washing machine pipes and got phone on my mobile number engineer with you in 1 hour of time slot agreed.
Phoned to let us know he was on his way arrived on time. Told us everything he was doing very polite and efficent would not hesitate to use again
I arranged for plumbing force to come out on 6 June to repair my Myra shower, their advert says they repair any make of shower, they didn't arrive on 6th but appeared on the 7th. I asked the plumber if he was familiar with Myra showers and it became very clear that he was not. Had to provide him with the handbook left him to carry out repairs but after an hour of not a lot of activity and then visiting his van on the phone, he then shouted loudly for me to shut off the mains water as he caused a waterfall from the pipes which soaked my bedroom carpet. I provided him with large towels to mop up the water and after a further 10 mins he told me he couldn't repair my shower as it needed a new part. This cost me £258.60 for him to do absolutely nothing except soak my carpet, after complaining to the office and refusing to pay they were extremely rude and threatened me with the debt collectors. I sent a letter of complaint but have heard nothing from them. Please avoid using them
Recently had a gas job fitted by James. He was extremely thorough and very efficient. I would not hesitate in using him again.
Engineer came out same day to fix the boiler and was all done in 90 mins. We were also having our ceiling done downstairs and he helped fix an issue with one of the pipes hanging low for the plasterers to finish boarding up. He also gave us some tips on looking after our boiler.
Luke came as an emergency, he was very thorough and explained everything to me that needed sorting out, left everything clean and tidy, very polite, needs cloning, would recommend
Great service. Boiler too high for other companies to deal with. Plumbingforce had no hesitation in tackling the hot water problem. Now we can have a hot shower. Would highly recommend.

I requested a visit simply to replace a "Saniflo". The cost of the unit was £475. The price quoted for fitting is was £1,100. To be fair, the engineer was clearly embarrassed and courteous but the rip-off was clear beyond doubt or quistion.

Matt turned up on time and having explained the problem he did a superb job and even though he was working with lead pipes he got it done with no leaks.
Justin came within an hour of phoning and not only sorted out the problem but also left all sorts of information I might need for my Grohe shower which is 14 years old. No parts are available now and I thought I would have to buy a new Shower. Justin has fixed it though and given advice about what to do if the problem recurs. So relieved and pleased with the excellent service.

Needed help with a broken toilet, plumber that attended was polite, professional, helpful and generally just a really lovely workman. He kept me updated throughout the work, gave me best and worst case scenarios and was happy to answer all my little questions. He was also happy to have a socially distanced chat which is always reassuring when you have new workman in. Would highly recommend.

Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
