Very easy to get funds for japanese eshop. Got my code right away. We couldn't add funds any other way, this was a lifesaver!

Playasia always has what I want in stock and at a really good price. Delivery is quick and efficient, which is rare where I live in rural northern Canada! As a mum on a budget I highly recommend Playasia, they have proven to be an honest and reliable company.

If you're looking for that niche release or just want a physical copy of your games, then PlayAsia is the store you've been hoping to find. If they don't have it, they've probably ordered it - and will get enough so you can get one as well. The website is well laid out, and searchable, so if you have even the slightest idea of what you're after, you'll probably be able to find it for a fairly reasonable price.

I wish they wouldn't put a hold for 1.00 and then take the full amount. I had to process the transaction 3 times for it to go through. If they could at least inform the customer beforehand that would be great. Thank you love what you have in stock.

I used PlayAsia once years ago, but the website is just as useful and helpful as before, if not more so. I was able to find everything I wanted and the costs were clear. Takes all the hassle out of importing.

Love getting games before US gets them or just getting games that never get physical copies here which I wish wasn't the case.

I really enjoy buying my games from playasia! Especially hard to find games that I'm looking for. Their service and delivery are great!

Setting up the payment was the nice and easy part, but couldn't find where to put in the discount code.

I placed an order on Feb 25 which was delayed until late May for production issues. The item finally shipped on May 26th and was handed off to USPS. According to their website the package was delivered on June 6th to my mailbox. While I don't necessarily fault Play-Asia for the incompetence that is USPS, the package was NOT delivered. Our mailboxes are the "cluster" type in a residential area and have locks on them. My neighbors did not receive the package either. It was either misdelivered or stolen by a USPS employee.

Play Asia tells me that I have to file a report with USPS. Fast forward several days later and USPS tells me that they're so very sorry, but I didn't buy insurance, so they cannot be held liable. (Interesting that anyone should have to pay extra just to ensure that USPS does their job...) Here nor there... Play Asia's website does not even offer an insured option. No alternate shipping method. You're stuck with what they provide.

Follow up with Play Asia and they tell me once again to check with neighbors and "if I really can't find it" to file a police report for a stolen package.

Again, I realize Play Asia can't be responsible for USPS losing the package, but they bear part of the responsibility for not providing an insured option or alternate delivery (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) option that is reliable. Further, a large company like this should be insured and able to take responsibility for these types of situations.

End result is that I'm out roughly $90USD.
