I had a few issues loading Glow Brush, and assumed I had a litany of issues, and overcomplicated the problem to the end of reason.
A representative at PFS walked me through a simple sanity check, confirmed I was in fact insane, and got me back on track, lickey-split.

It's not often that a company will go the extra mile for you. But Pixel Film Studios did just that. I came to them very frustrated in trying to get a plug installed. In my usual fumble footed way, I was getting in my own way! Enter Edgar! This fellow was like a pit bull with my issue. He would not let go until he fixed it for me. And fix it he did! On every occasion that I sent a message, there was a helpful reply on what to try next, in my inbox the very next day. I even received a response on a weekend. Did not expect that! In the end, Edgar patiently endured my endless barrage of questions with knowledgeable answers. He noticed details that would not be noticed without close examination. In the end it was clearly operator error (me!). I had created a folder that I misspelled the name on. So, just for your future edification: Always check the spelling if you have to create a Plug-In folder and don't name it Plugs-In folder. See how subtle? Edgar caught it and put me right back on track.
Need a recommendation? Pixel Film Studios without a doubt. I told him the same thing I'll tell you... They now have a lifetime customer because of the excellent way they handled this.

I have over 25 plugins from Pixel Film Studios (PFS), they are all great quality. I love the fact, you get regular free updates on some of the newer products (e.g. PFS Animated Fonts). The new mega packs are also great value for money. Also PFS support, it is exceptional! The support agents are friendly and efficient and in my experience, they get issues resolved on the first attempt. I highly recommend.

Wow, I remember I used to spend countless hours thinking of great and new ideas i. E. freezing a frame from a video clip, importing it into photoshop, cutting out whatever object I wanted to showcase, then taking that file back over to FCP as a psd photo, overlaying it at that exact frame in the film, back then there was no freeze frame, so I had to slow the video down to about 3%, blurr the background nd or layer some other effect that looked cool, and boom I had the movie effect when you introduce a new character and the background falls away their picture freezes and I can run text in front and behind the picture file... all this hard work and PixelFilm had made workflows such as this one, hours of time spent just to get about 5 seconds of animation in, sooooo simple with a couple of drag, drops, and parameter tweaks. How helpful is this to someone like me... well it just priceless to be honest, there's nothing better for me then saving time, period. As for me getting a hold of the transition pack, I thought on it only for about 2 minutes, and knew it was worth every cent. The options are endless to be perfectly truthful. And everyone know the point at which you reach the end of using the installed FPCX transitions and titles, nothing wrong with those as a starting point, but we all must grow and in saying that I needed huge array of transitions and effects to give a more polished and refined look and feel to the footage, and PixelFilmStudios definitely is the site to get all this type of software, which is updated and the library grows continuously. And they walked me through setting these Plug-ins up in the right way, meaning just placing folders in the correct place for the install to popular them with the correct files. Everything one could need, all in one place!

I'm truly blown away by the incredible amount of effects this company has for FCPX! Every week I download more and more! I use them for fun videos for the family and also profession work videos. The staff is awesome to deal via live chat. Super quick to answer and also they offer lots of discounts all the time. THE ABSOLUTE BEST for EVERY effect you will need! PixelFilmStudios is my go to source for FCPX plugins. I like that they make them incredible versatile across the Apple Creative Suite, and not just limited to FCPX. I can also use these in Apple Motion. These are incredibly powerful plugins. I work in Esports and I use these throughout my projects to enhance my workflow. I currently own 35 of their products, including several of their megapacks (which come with many updates). Get them and watch the world unlock.
