This is the go to for mw whenever I need a plug in. Site is super easy and whenever I've had some issues the staff have been super helpful solving it for me. Definitely reccomend these guys!

After downloading the Travel Postcard plugin for Final Cut Pro for a family vacation video and following the plugin installation, I had difficulty in getting the plugin to actually work (red box). I followed the excellent help videos without success. Live web chat were excellent in assisting in walking through the install with 100% success. Pixel film studios will always be my number one go to Final Cut Pro X plug-in provider. Their prices are very good and their products always make my videos look 10x better than without them. Highly recommend!

I've bought a few effects packs from Pixel Film. My computer was acting a bit weird with the last one I purchased from them, but I used PixelFilm's live chat and the representative had my problem worked out in no time and I was up and running in minutes using my new effects pack. Downloaded pixel glow brush, and thought I installed it wrong. Turned out I didn't have my mac folders organized well. The customer service was able to help me through the whole process and in no time i had my plug in working. Fast responses, and great easy to follow instructions.

I had an issue with FCPX having a red screen when I installed. After following the great helps on the website, I was still having the issue. I contacted customer service and they were outstanding! Had my issue resolved in five minutes. This is what great customer service is all about.
Oh, and the plugins are pretty awesome, too!

I purchased Slideshow and was excited to put it to use for a client project. I was having an issue getting Pixel Film Studios Maps1.1 to install correctly having upgraded to BigSur. I contacted their support via the live-chat facility. I was greeted within 30 seconds. Offered2 things to attempt and voila! Everything working perfectly.

I just had the best support experience, a chat could offer! After long hours of trying to figure a problem out, I got fast help. I tried to Keyframe the Mask for one of Pixelfilm-Studios Transitions, but it just wouldn't work. They did everything to recreate the problem and understood the issues I had. Although it took a while to solve it, the person on the other side really did everything I could expect to resolve the issue.

After constantly watching the videos over and over, and reinstalling my Plug-Ings Chat Support walked me through the issues I didn't notice I had. I just purchased the Lyrics Template but it was giving me an error message. It took a while to resolve, that is on my end. I watched the videos but it was a simple change that I overlooked. I needed to change the privacy settings in my motion templates folder and that did the trick. The customer support was friendly and helped me every step of the way.
