I canceled an order almost immediately (2-3 min) after I made an order and I ask CS how long would it take. They said 7-10 working days but it has been more than 10 working days when they said they would refund me but I still did not receive a refund.

I have ordered biotin and i paid for it and another item same way was told it is out of stock but since i paid for it i was expecting to be gitting it when item is available instead they said they voided the item and so u will get your money and oneof the item is shipped and this caused confusion to me since u have two item out of stock intially why not shipping both items when they are available but they didnt and so i am not satisfied this kind of dishonesty to there long time customer and i will give my rating a two star :)

Placed an order F77HOSTM almost 2 months ago, they cancelled my order and no refund so far.
After exchanging lots of emails they did not issued my refund and ask me to contact my card issuer which I did to learn that they have to process the refund.
Can someone in Pipingrock deal with this and sort my situation?
I am reaching the reviews because I don't know what else to do in order to get my money back!
This is the kind of situation you will find yourself in if you choose to deal with this company.
Completely unacceptable and unnecessary

This was my first order from piping rock. My usual supplier of melatonin was getting really poor reviews, so I decided to look elsewhere.

I was a bit dubious as there were some negative reviews on here, but took the plunge.

I ordered on Oct 2nd. I used the Local Post Express option. The order was on a plane within 2 days, at Heathrow customs within 3 days of ordering and in my hand on 7th October. 5 days in total. The progress of my delivery was trackable at every Stage. Very impressed and would certainly use again based on this experience.

I ordered some supplements as you do sometimes, and they basically scammed me. Courier didn't deliver a package no biggie the package went to the shipper i probably will get a refund but I didn't get a refund so I paid 50 dollars, didn't get the product, and was basically $#*!ing scammed. I waited around a year for the refund that never came my $#*!ing money and time was wasted on this dog$#*! company or a scam. I wasted a good one-month gym fee or like 3-4 pizzas, my 50 dollars is forever lost with the Indian customer support that replied to me in broken english.

Took a month and several emails chasing my products before being told of an apparent error and the products were no coming. They refunded my order but not The postage costs so expected me to be out of pocket for products I had never even received and possibly were never even sent. They want the profits but no risk or accountability. Avoid these scammers. Check the genuine reviews on other Impartial sites not their own made up ones. Clearly a site to avoid. Wish I had checked these first.
