Even though Piping Rock products are not the very best you can buy, they are definitely not the worst. I have used them for a couple of years, mainly due to affordability. Are they effective? I would say they are good enough. I would say, you are getting what you pay for. Good products for a good price.
Ordered two five pound containers of whey protein at what I thought was a misprint. Expecting to have one five pound container show up at the door and that still would have been a he** of a deal. Well today is Monday 7/5/21 and my order was placed last Thursday evening 7/1/21. Not only did I indeed receive 10 pound of protein powder packaged as if it were nitro glycerin but received it in four days and two of those were the weekend. This is my new company for all of the health care items that they provide. Thank you Ladies and Gentleman for the Great product and Above Standard Professional Staff that you employ!

I ordered supplements from Piping Rock on 6/18/2021 and it's 6/27/2021 and I still haven't received my order and tracking has changed my delivery date 3 times and now as of today it says my delivery date is pending which means I still don't know when my package will get here... I know for a fact it took them 4 days just to get my package to Fed Ex and I have been told that Fed Ex would be handing off my package to USPS? This is an unacceptable way to do business and I will never order again... and no one else should either. They keep telling me that standard shipping is 4-12 business days which is insane as you can see on the screenshot it says 2-8 so they flat out lied to me when they wrote me back. And of course after they already have your money, they give you this outrageous inflated delivery window... This has been one of the most awful experiences I have ever had placing an online order.
I have referred over 50 customers and have gotten zero reward money after their first orders. First, the company says my code has to be entered every time. Then, later, I was told by 3 different people at the call center that this isn't necessary, that the website recognizes them as my customer as long as they use the same email address. It's an easy fix, but they won't do it, because they're greedy. Plus, customers aren't going to remember each time to punch in my code especially when they click onto emails they get regarding any sales.
Ordered vit K2+D3 180 caps, front label read Vit K2+D3 complex 800 mcg K, 2 in 1 support with MK-7. No image of the back label was displayed, but upon receipt, the back read 800 mcg of vit K (as vit K-1 and vit K-2). Company would not answer question about the relative amounts as vit K-1 as opposed to vit K-2. Most people know that vit K-1 is essentially worthless in human body and that the benefit of vit K comes from K-2. Company stated that information was "proprietary" and could not be released.
I ordered a bottle of fish oil and got it less than 10 days. I am so satisfied for their hard and efficient work and putting customer in their mind. The delivery is super fast and money worth it. I like put thumb for them. Just hope they can keep going and deliver good service to many many people.
I use primarily their essential oils. I have also found some great vitamin B supplements and skin care items I really like as well

I tried to take contact with them, and they said it to me that after 10 weeks, I will get full refund.

Only ordered herbs so can't give an opinion on other products. Herbs seem to be of good quality and well packaged. Received in the UK within a week of ordering. Well packaged & good tracking.

I, Natalya Kirablin, jist got 6 essential oils from this site. Label was stating that is pure esential oil. However, when product arrived it was a disaster. Inside all bottles was a substances that were far away from being cold pure essential oils. It was thick, not transperent, and it had a smell that makes you chock.
I placed my 1st order w/this company totalling almost $100.00U.S. (I actually had my next order all lined up to place after seeing how the 1st went...)
The delivery driver obviously just threw the box onto my porch in the pouring rain. They didn't even toss it far enough to get it under the porch overhang to get it out of the rain! And as they didn't have the courtesy to knock or ring the bell I didn't know the items were delivered.
I checked the porch on Sat afternoon & found nothing had been delivered. I was home all day Sat, never left the house.
Thereafter, I found the box, upside down in the still pouring rain, late Sun afternoon - soaked-limp-H2O leaking out of it. As I carried it to my kitchen it leaked H2O all over my floors & carpet.
I immediately opened the box to find everything inside was either wet or damp. And I found there was no packing list!
I took pics of the box and then initiated the "live chat" function to reach piping rock's customer service. After asking a few questions the chat person said she had to put me on hold again-this was the 2nd time I was put on hold. So I asked her, instead of keeping me on hold, to pls send the response to my email (which I'd provided earlier.) I also told her I'd gladly send the pics once I recd their response.
Well, here it is almost 24hr later & I still have no response... just damp supplements. To me this is deplorable customer service. I would have put the person on report; as she promised to email me but failed to do so. They did not even extend the courtesy of a reply to let me know that they're still working on it. I wonder how they'll feel when I deny payment by my credit card company.
I'd really hoped I'd found a reputable supplier; as I take a lot of supplements. But, from my experience, and after reading the rankings, this is not one. I just wish I'd read the rankings b4 placing my order. I must question the company's ratings of itself... if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I hope if anyone uses this company in the future they get better service than I... but don't hold your breath.
I Placed order and didn't got product on time when I wrote to the customer service they are saying sorry we can't refund you the shipping charges and then didn't even initiated the refund my money is gone please don't buy anything from I am not someone who usually writes reviews but I want to write it so that no one ever get cheated

I ordered Collagen Type 2 back on March 5 along with other supplements. I called to ask about the Collagen since it did not arrive. I was told everything came and I said not the collagen. After going back and forth they realized I was right and said it was on back order.
I called today on April 20th regarding the Collagen. They said it was in stock now. I asked when I would receive it. They said I needed to reorder it and pay the shipping cost again. I would be issued the refund which I rather have the product since I been waiting since March 5! The customer service agent said their manager will not wave the shipping cost. Very unsatisfied and this could be on ripoffreport.com
I have ordered from piping rock for years and never had a problem. I normally get my order within 3 to 4 days and sometimes sooner. The price is great.
Answer: Best I've found is MSM Sulfur by piping rock. When I run out and don't take for a few days I can tell a big difference.
