I found piping rock on the web when I was searching for herbal supplements, I ordered some products and had a good experience with their products as well as their shipping. Piping Rock puts the shipping costs right before you purchase, when you are purchasing and after they give you the break down in an e-mail they send you telling you what all the costs are and hoe long it will take to get to you. I have been with Piping Rock 6-7 years now and have never had a problem with their products or shipping. There was on time I did not receive a bonus product, I called them and they sent me the product with in the next four days at no charge. I am not an employee, I am not part of the company nor am I affiliated with the company, nor do I receive any commissions for their products. I am just a consumer who found a good supplier, that's all!

Since my first purchase on May 2020 till today, I am fully satisfied with their quality products and services. And I have noticed also they keep improving...

I'm very happy with my purchase. They have super deals and the delivery was really fast. To NC took 2 business days.

Have been ordering the Piping Rock Water Pills since an auto accident a few years back that left me with inflammation in my legs. This product is much more gentle and works as effectively as furosemide prescribed by the doctor and at a fraction of that cost.

Few months back, I had ordered some capsules from piping rock. They arrived and i couldn't help but notice the capsules barely had any herb in them - two different bottles of product the same. I contacted piping rock and they promptly refunded my money. About a month later I came down with some crud, so was taking more herbals, like i always do. Because of the first incident, i checked the current herbals -- same thing. Half empty capsules and sometimes more than half not there. I've been buying from piping rock for years, so i have quite a few of their products... my stock bottles are the same - half filled. Pretty DISAPPOINTED in piping rock. Won't be shopping there ever again, I will be contacting them, but am very doubtful about any real assistance. DON'T BUY FROM PIPING ROCK!

I have ordered from this many times, and never had a problem, my last order arrived in 3 days! The quality appears to be good, the prices are amazing. I don't see how they could do any better. I do live in the US by the way.

I've been ordering from them for over 10 years. In the beginning the delivery time to Western Canada was very long, but the prices are so good that it was acceptable. The delivery time has shortened the past few years. I have no complaints about deliveries.
Sometimes a delivery charge would be added on by the courier service or post office. Sometimes exceptionally high. Made me want to vomit. But that wasn't the fault of PR.
My concern is the quality. I can't find third party, laboratory tested product reviews. Just customer reviews. If any of you know of such independent reviews, please contact me: *******@hotmail.com

It's too bad their rating is so low because of international delivery issues (reading reviews)-- my experience with their vitamins and supplements have been very good-- my two complaints are 1) a few of the products have titanium and artificial coloring--why?-- so I don't buy those items, 2) essential oils are weak and the carrier oil gets thick and funky, so I steer clear of these. But overall, for vitamins and supplements, I have been very pleased-- piping rock has been my go-to vits website since 2018! My regular purchases are turmeric with ginger, D, collagen powder, garlic, astaxanthin, milk thistle, bromelain, and more.

Their courier, DHL, has a tracking system that isn't really a tracking system at all, where the basic level of delivery service is concerned (it might be better if you pay more). And the estimated delivery time of up to 5-6 weeks (I 've been waiting 3 weeks now) to cross the Pacific Ocean (New York-Auckland) is utterly preposterous in this day and age! The products are cheap, but there seem to be a lot of complaints about quality and delivery. So, I'd say don't go there.

I live in Dublin, Ireland and have being a customer of PipingRock for many years and to date I have had no problems. The products are top quality, the prices are good and the service is excellent!
Overall, I would score the PipingRock Brand 10 out of 10.

A nightmare to deal with.Not interested in your product once it has entered your country of destination.

I ordered two times piping rock products from Italy and despite the distance they have been very fast. Prices are great

PR changed freight costs to the payment page, not the review, I did not press pay and logged out, 2 hrs later I got a payment confirmation PR refused to cancel, have 1 hour limit even though not processed. They refuse to change this back, wonder why + you must deselect your credit card details.

I love the products, no longer buy from this website because delivery fees to Australia are ridiculously expensive.

I have bought some several supplements in 3 years off and on. Maybe 15 shipments with no problems or mistakes. I haven't investigated the accuracy of their labeling but otherwise I'm 100% satisfied.

I ordered two times from them but unfortuntly it never made in the two cases now my last order since Feb. 1st and never made it till now i really dont recommend them because their commitments to customers is so bad and after this long waiting they refuse to to cancell order and refund me will never order again
