I have been trying to get a response from customer service for days! I have used this company a lot and expected better! One agent rude! They don't seem to want to honour a discount code! I was even told there was no discount code as I was looking at it and I sent screenshots of it! So they may lose a good customer over this!

Bought some tablets after a few weeks contacted them as not received it, contacted another times still no reply from emails after 4 and 5 weeks so had to contact them by phone in America which is rediculous. Got a refund. There was an issue with is being delivered. Will never use again

Dont waiste your money. Fraudsters sent in an inquury on why my goods had not been shipped. Got totally blanked.Tracking number is fake. Scumbags.

I can't imagine why some of these reviews are so bad. I have place orders for years without any problems. They have great deals on their website. You just have to know what you are looking for and be an educated consumer.

I can generally find any supplement I want on this site. The quality is very good and the price exceptional.
Shipping is fast and I have never had an issue with an order.

They will cancel your paid order without any reason! Disrespectful and humiliating experience. Never again buying their products.

I looked and looked and found no field to enter a coupon code. Used live chat to ask about it, was told they don't do coupons...but I get them in my email from Piping Rock. Wtf. I gave up and ordered elsewhere.

I will NEVER shop with Piping Rock again.
I ordered enough products to make it a free delivery.
Piping Rock delivered 1 item, cancelled the rest of the order, and charged us for the delivery cost of the 1 item we got.
Pretty rude, I think, considering they instigated the cancellation.

They advertise on the net free shipping to CANADA, BUT they still CHARGE FOR SHIPPING,When ask about it they say we still charge for shipping.

I have been buying from Piping Rock for a few years, and they used to be pretty good, both in terms of price and performance (ie their delivery time was quite good).
Last couple of times they have disappointed to the hilt. Their delivery time is spiraling out of control. They then expect me, the customer, to contact the local delivery people to chase up where it is.
I am not talking about a few days - this is like a month and more.
I will be looking elsewhere to buy for my next lot of nutrients and suggest anyone reading this asks for their delivery times before committing to a purchase.

**update March 13,2023** I just received my shipment from Piping Rock, delivered by DHL. They have redeemed themselves with the speedy delivery. I remain cautious about ordering in future, but this quick turnaround is encouraging.

DHL charged me DOUBLE the fees after I selected that option on one order so I made sure to not select them in my next orders from Piping Rock. However, I was just informed that my most recent order was switched from Landmark Global to DHL without my consent and that it was my fault. I am 100% certain that I did not select DHL due to my previous negative experience, but that makes no difference on Piping Rock's end.
Instead of receiving my package in 2 weeks like it showed when I placed the order, I am now facing a 3-week delayed delivery with DHL.
Given the long wait and unauthorized change in courier, I will think twice before ordering again from Piping Rock. It's just not worth the aggravation and the pricing is very close to their competition online.

I bought one time one of their products (which was quite crappy) and since I am bombarded with spam from them. Their "unsubscribe" link doesn't work. I never subscribed for anything.

I bought this item and it smells amazing! It was definitely shipped within a decent time and i have nothing but good things to say! Definitely recommend :) i never got a confirmation email but it definitely arrived.

Order wasn't delivered since October 22 they are now not responding to all mails sent to them. Really scary.

Package never arrived and they did not refund me fully. No explanation except that they can't.

Great Quality products for many years! Using these supplements for a few years now and they never failed. Fast shipping too.

I've been buying from piping rock for many years and their products have never failed me. My orders always arrive on time and well packaged. They deserve more stars in my opinion.

I have never, ever asked this absurd company to send me promotional emails or junk of any kind yet for some reason this gaggle of incompetent charlatans has broken data protection laws by filling my inbox with dozens of absolute drivel emails, despite my requesting that they stop, many, many times.
To date I have forwarded 10 of their unsolicited junk emails to the ICO who are now investigating them.

To reiterate: I have never been a customer of this company; I have never consented to them emailing me; and I have never asked to join their spam email lists, so their data law infractions are as confounding as they are unwarranted.

Avoid this grotesque company unless you want your data abused, your inbox filled and your patience tried to the point you contemplate violence.
