This service does save money to talk with inmate although I had many times where the calls didn't go through for a couple days. And the monthly fee went up from 4.99 to 19.99
Ordered a phone line, waited a couple weeks to receive the number, only for it to disappear from my orders, yet they took the money from my bank account. It says my card I sent to him was delivered so I hope that's true and I hope that gets to him, it's a good service in that perspective. He doesn't have JPay anymore so this was one of my only ways to be able to write him from overseas as they only allow physical mail sent by usps. I'm going to probably cancel my subscription and try jmail.cc instead. Photo one is from the11th (today is the 14th, I believe I purchased the phone line on the 6th) because I was excited the greetings card was delivered. Second photo is proof they took the money out my bank and third photo is from today where all of a sudden the phone line order has disappeared, and I go to the menu and click on add line to see what's going on and it makes me try to buy another. Also, when I first found the website it told me greetings cards and such were 7.99 but then when I actually made an account, it wouldn't let me buy things as a one time purchase, I had to buy the $25/month subscription, it was something like that amount. Not sure about this website. Some reviews on here seem sketchy, all with the same title like "awesome". Just be careful. I won't bother with the customer service because I've seen bad reviews in that perspective, so I'm just gonna accept my money is gone and move on in life. Personally I wouldn't recommend due to the fact they took my money then all of a sudden my order disappeared.

Worst service don't waist your time and money they'll just keep your money and you'll never get in touch with your inmate

I paid $26 for the phone number 0.99 since for the 1st month for subscribing and then the charges will be $14.99 every month after that. Just got the first call I still had to pay $6 off my debit card to even connect. Called to see what's going on, or to get more info on how this works they won't answer, so I went back to cancel it's saying I have up to 3 days for them to cancel and I'm worried, because they have my card on file. Smdh! Calling my bank tomorrow!

So far I have really been impressed and pleased with Pigeonly, the letter I wrote my dad, was typed and sent so fast, they update you to let know your letters have been sent and delivered and when it get a there! I love that, I am still waiting on my dad to call but he the letter just got there so it may be a few days but so far the rates are Great and I me being a daddy's girl and yes even at the age of 41 I miss him like crazy, thanks Pigeonly! You guys Are awesome,, I'm looking forward to trying out the creating cards next..

I was dreading figuring how to do this, but the interface is so well designed, and easy to use for the first time. One time usage is pricey, but the monthly plans are very, very reasonable.

Pigeonly could at least let inmates know when money has been deposited into their account. And the money they provide that says "on us" i have yet to see.

I was able to send two orders of pictures in one day with no problem. Having a little trouble sending a letter. It's been "processing" for almost two days. Hopefully it's a snag that won't happen again.

I've only used but so many types of these kinds of applications. As well as using in and out of building, and have seen others use other devices with the same kind of applications. This one, was not hard at all. It was easy as pie. Got onto the page, created acct, followed the quick review, and was basically on my way, to getting into writing a letter to a friend. Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Let's stand together and stop this greedy corporate fraud. [email protected]

Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
