I've been getting $2.99 charges by them for about 6 months. About $35 dollars in mystery charges so far. I called them, they said sorry, said it wouldn't happen again, and that they would refund me. It's been 14 days since I called; since then I have yet to receive my refund and I've been charged another mystery $2.99. Will call them again tomorrow to ask about it. I removed my card from their online portal about 3 months ago, so though it's not viewable it's still in their database and being utilized recurrently.
Phone number have glitches and sometime don't work. Inmate will call and number will say it's disconnected. Theu will say call BK in 48 hrs, they'll reset them number if it still doesn't work they will give you a new number. How is that convenient for the inmate? Me? Keep you on hold for 30 plus minutes. It's a horrible learning experience. Stay away from Pigeonly
Hi Lisa I apologize for any inconviences. Sometimes the facilities/providers experience outages making it difficult for calls to connect which is why sometimes the inmate hears a busy signal when trying to call. There are also different protocols for our number to be active and ready for use depending on your loved ones facility. This is why we try to give the number at least 24 hours to be active. Other times the facility just won't accept our best rate number which is why we then issue you a different number with a different prefix. I know it can be very frustrating but our main goal is to provide you with a working, active number that the facility will accept AND our customer can save on each call. Sometimes depending on the facility it can take a couple tries, so we ask for patience on those special cases. We also have had a very high call volume due to the demand of our services. Since then we have expanded our time making hold times a lot less. If you'd like to give us another try for free please give us a call and use reference code 8231. Here's an update. I sent out two orders on the 23rd of August. A 1 pg letter & 12 pics. Today is September 2nd & even though 1 order says it was delivered on the 27th, my bf still hasn't received anything. The pics were just shipped on the 30th. I have been sending letter After letter to get my moneys worth. Eventually he will get those orders. I created an account thinking this would save time and money, but it's Bull$#*!. You're better off doing things old school! Buy your stamps and send your letter in the mail. USPS hasn't let me down.

Buy Stamps and get your pics at any kiosk. Send as many letters & pics as you want. I paid $20 for the 3 month plan of unlimited pics and letters. Now i read on the website it takes 3-5 days for orders to be shipped. After i spoke to customer service they are saying 5-7 days. I thought I'd be able to send as many letters and pics as i wanted. Now they are saying i have to wait for the orders to be delivered. Smh. Wish they would have been honest. I should have read the reviews before i signed up. I should have just bought a book of stamps & gotten my pics at freeprints.com
I've use this company only sending pictures but I haven't in over a year but it was pay and send never once did I have to commit to a monthly plan so had no problems, now it states a $4.99-7.99 plan monthly but I find out I was billed in advance $59 Iam livid, I call to possibly have the issue dealt with the customer rep. Was so shallow Telling me that all sales are final after pretending to help me. The customer is what makes your business you are suppose to at least attempt to help me resolve the issue. This co. Needs work. A class on customer service and professionalism. After this displeasing situation I'm done with pigeonly

I paid $20 for 3 months of pic and postcard sending. They make you wait until the last order was received before you can send more. On top of that my friend says he's received them, yet on pigeonly it's not saying delivered, so I cant send more until its updated in their system. For $20 I should be able to send them whenever I want and move at my own pace. Annoying af.

Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations.
