I'm so grateful for a service like this. I used to send my brother(in jail) articles about your founder(Freddy) then made the connection that he's friends with a lot of my friends and use the service!
I'm working overseas and using this to send letters, cards and photos to an old friend who is currently in a jail to keep in touch. It's simple and affordable to use. I don't need to pay for services that I don't use. Really appreciate the good customer service whenever I need help.
I have to say I have used this company for probably 2 years and for a while they were real genuine, I could always get ahold of them if I had a problem. I could use the website and send whatever I needed. Now I randomly get charged all the time from them, EVEN SINCE I CANCELED THEIR SERVICE FINALLY IN JANUARY AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE STUPID LITTLE REFUNDS. How are they going to charge me AFTER I cancel? Then I call to complain and the only way I can get through is if I hit 1 saying I'm a new customer, hell if the wait is about 5 minutes they give an option for a call back with your position in line and EVERYTHING. However for existing customers you cant even get through pressing 2. There is definitely no call back option either. And when I have talked with them after pressing 1 they always promise someone from billing will call me back and I swear it's the same 2 female voices everytime! Dont waste your time!
Hello Brittney, When signing up for our services whether online or by calling in there are terms and conditions that must be agreed to before signing up. These terms and conditions state that services are reoccurring meaning each month on the same date. There is also a reminder at checkout that the services are reoccurring. So billing goes on until the services are canceled. Deleting a card from a users end does not turn off the reoccurring billing or delete the card from future billing. Sometimes are hold times are high due to the demand of our services, since then we have expanded the team to handle all call volumes resulting in much lower hold times. Please keep in mind that our hours are on PST so when we are closed there are no live chat options available. Our chat hours are also listed. Our call center is open from 6 am - 6 pm PST.
It is the best way to keep in touch with loved ones and what I like the most is the personal service during my last call where I had quite a lot of questions actually. The staff assisted me in solving all my questions and concerns. Keep it that way!
My last use this service was 1 month+ ago when I stopped the service because wasn't happy with slow response from the customer service. Due to their price is still the one that is fit my budget and easy to use, I decided to try again. The service has been improved since then. I purposely went to call their customer service to ask something and get response quickly. So ok, I'll keep using.

I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. They completely rip off money from your bank. I have called them bunch of times, demanding my money back that they charged for no reason. They promise every time that I will get refund. However nothing comes from them. Instead I was charged five more times after that call. This is just ridicules. I can't believe that they do this to people who are already in pain. By the way this is the first time I am writing a review. I guess you can assume how much this hurt me that it pushed me to leave a review...
Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Let's stand together and stop this greedy corporate fraud. [email protected]

Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
