My mail was sent back to me for several months. When I called to ask why, I was told as long as I have his prison number it should get there. Not so. The correction industry wants you to address the envelope they way they want it addressed. I followed their protocol but still it was returned. I then asked pigeonly why I should use their service if my mail continues to be returned? I'm still waiting for a response.

Canceled my subscription back in December but a charge comes out of my account now in March. The service rep says an update to the system must have charged me erroneously. Really? She said it will be 3-14 business days before I see a refund. I'm fine with that but question is, how is it that they're still charging me if I canceled my subscription?

I'm writing this because my boyfriend is in jail they can't get no postcards no greetings none of that stuff that I can use on your website only thing I can use is your phone but y'all want to charge people $19 or something that they can't use all of it only thing they can use the phone service and I don't think that's right I try to call talk to people but they can't do nothing about it y'all need to change that y'all can't tell somebody that they have to get the whole set if the place that you loved ones is at can't get everything I don't think that's right I've been with you for two years and I just cancel my service with y'all.

I was charged twice in two weeks for phone service but never received a phone call... I'm calling the better business bureau and my bank... they are stealing

It's awful. Nobody explained nothing to us. Told us unlimited talk didnt happen. 35$ later and only talked 2 times plus the letters they mail takes 2 weeks to get there. Also promised that 10$on us had 3 friends join as well got nothing but more fees.

For some reason I was charged the phone fee and then charged $20 twice for sending pictures twice when it said free and included with the service. I can do it by mail cheeper than that.

I just opened up an account. I have sent an email and a postcard. If they get them and are satisfied with the product I will be thrilled. To be able to stay in touch will be wonderful.

My daughter's dad was recently incarcerated and in a a facility over 4 hours away. We had been buying stamps, envelopes, printing pictures at the store and purchasing bigger envelopes with additional postage as they cost more to send and using their ridiculously expensive phone system and website that had a high number of fee's to be able to talk to him and put money on his commissary. I stumbled across the info for Pigeonly a few days ago and decided we would give it a try and I'm so glad I did! My daughter can send unlimited pictures, letters, postcards and money on his phone from our account, we're not charged ridiculous fee's and the money for calls lasts longer as it's a cheaper rate when you call through Pigeonly. We also save money since we don't have to buy stamps and writing supplies, Its helping my daughter feel better and closer to him and like she can interact with him! We love Pigeonly!

Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com.
But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion, the reason you are only able to send only one of each product at a time is that we don't want the facility to throw out any of your important mail in case they have a restriction as to how many mail orders of the same product can be received in one day. Best way to send mail virtually. Fast and effective. My inmate loves the articles & postcards. I would highly recommend.

Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Let's stand together and stop this greedy corporate fraud. [email protected]

Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
