I have not found a better site then this to use to send my husband postcards with. They show up in a timely manner and are of good quality. He loves waiting to hear his name called to see what his post card looks like this time. Easy to use.

There website was great the only thing is they need to update there jail addresses but other then that there website was easy and simple to use.

I was able to send my son pictures of his children 3 and 5 year old. They don't understand where their Dad is and thought it would give him the incentive to do right.

Canceld after 1 day, didnt use none of ther services, thy said thyd refund my debit card, but did not. Instead thy have charged my card 3 differnt times. Thy wer supposd to refund 24.99 on march 8th, never did. Thn charged my card$19.99 on march 23&march 30. On july 22 charged $26.06 on my card, all unauthorized! Customer service is crap, cant get know one to answer me back, or refund me my money thy keep taking. They steal and lie, thy shuld b shut down! Im thinking class action lawsuit against this company. I hav all the proof on my phone, transactions on my card account, and email reciepts.

I called on the 13 of June, but when I learned they could only do phone deposits I canceled, they took my money from bank will not refund it and I canceled on second day. Do not use this site.

Pigeonly is guilty of multiple counts of fraud. They did not provide the inmate location service that I paid for (gave me incorrect information). Then they billed me several times a month randomly, for no particular reason (they just wanted more of my money, I assume).
They would not stop billing me, even after I told them several times by email and messages on their website to cease. That was in April-May, 2021. It continued until I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop.
But WAIT - these guys simply won't give up with their scam!. Today I received notice from my bank that Pigeonly again tried to charge my cancelled credit card!
The people behind this fraud need to be in prison themselves.

This is a joke!;! Signed up for monthly service on 6/20. By the 25th it still had not sent my letter, card, postcard or photos. It was a 7 day trial but they scam you. It says they are sent right away for their 19.95 monthly fee but all they do is take your money! NOW WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY FOR THE MONTHLY IF NOTHING WAS SENT DURING TRIAL?

To pay 19$ a month to send pics and letters sounded like a convenient and good idea but it takes about a week sometimes longer then that for pigeonly to even print and then takes a couple more days to mail your pics. I can go and get my pics printed and mail them myself alot faster and alot cheaper. The letters also take the same amount of time. Also the phone funding extra 26$ on top of the 19$ a month... I put money on and they take it out of your bank instantly but it takes 3 days! For it to hit the account so your loved one can call you! Unacceptable! Any other company like icsolutions etc it's instant. The wait time to even speak to someone is long, and when you do speak to someone they tell you they fixed the issue when they do not. I was on hold for a total of an hour yesterday, spoke to 4 different people about my phone funds and all 4 people told me they would put the funds into the account so my fiance could call me and it never got done! I put it in about 5pm on Monday. Called all day Tues to ask what was going on, and then wens at 1030am the money was finally put in. Will never use this service again!

Our operations may have been affected due to the overwhelming response and current volume as our services are unlimited. Normally it will only take 3 to 5 business days to deliver the orders via regular mail but rest assured it will be delivered to your loved one location. You will automatically receive a text message as well as an email notification when your order is delivered to your loved one’s facility. We have been doing the best that we can to provide the best customer service we can on the phones and adding phone time but there has been a limit and restriction on manpower. We’re hoping for your understanding. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Their claiming the monthly service which was 19.99 would allow me to send unlimited greeting cards. So I signed up. Picked a card and dent it. About 5 days later I wanted to send another. Well, when I tried to send it Pigeonly didn't allow it stating I needed to wait for the first card to be shipped before I could send the second card. How is that unlimited. Clearly that is a limit they have set. When I contacted cust Serv they replied with this be. They said the reason is because they don't want the jail to end up returning or reject the cards just in case there are limits as to how many cards, sent separately mind you, an inmate can receive so they are protecting me. That's nonsense. First of all they should know all jail and prison mail regulations. As of today they have not cancelled my service which I requested, and are repeatedly attempting to get payment from my account. This is a bogus service and ate not professional at all

Again this is a precaution to ensure no mail is rejected, keep in mind not all facilities are the same as some may have limitations and others do not. We advise contacting the facility of your loved one directly to inquire about their mail restrictions. Paid for 2 months, postcards were returned to me, I tried to call and email them to cancel no answer in over 4 weeks, I had to call the BOA and put stop payment. After looking at the postcards I sent to my dad in jail... the pics I put on them were printed on a dark blue card could not even see the pics... what a waste of money using this company would be throwing your money away. Rip off! They charge $19.99 for "unlimited access" to there services but they only allow one per item to be sent until they're delivered. Only at that point can you attempt to send anything else. Below I will attach photos of when I first sent some thing on May 10,2021 and it is now June 2,2021 and I'm still unable to send anything further because they haven't marked everything as delivered yet. They offered me a free phone line provisioning for a phone number(that my loved one CAN'T EVEN CALL because the number doesn't work) and then charged two times ($26.06 fora total of $52.01 in two days) for something I didn't authorize! And I tried to chat with them first, and on multiple occasions and it always said that they were off-line. So then I had to call and wait for a callback because they are never available. Once I finally got a callback on two separate occasions I had to explain the situation and they reassured me that they would refund my account. I received A refund three days later BUT they charged it back to my account the next day! I did not, in any way, shape or form authorize this and now I'm waiting for yet another callback to deal with this rip off company! My loved one has received only a couple of things in the month that I've sent through this site and the first letter that was mailed from them got denied because of an unknown substance on it! I called the company and they said they would reset my letters for the week and never did. This company is RIP OFF so be forewarned! I found much better apps and sites for Communication with my loved one that are much quicker and a lot less expensive! And these other sites actually help other families that are in need. Unlike Pigeonly that basically steals from people and doesn't deliver!

You are able to send more items at one time, you can send an order a photos, and then another order of letters, postcards, etc. at the same time, but we do ask to allow time to have the first order to be shipped out, then the system will reset itself, but if you call us we can have this reset for you so you are allowed to send more on the same day. I apologize this was not done for you by one of our agents when you called. In regards to being charged $26.06, we take these unauthorized charges very seriously and we will issue a refund. If you are having issues with our best rate number, please call us to have this resolved for you asap. Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
