I've had multiple 40 dollar charges taken out of my account by them in the last two weeks equaling over 200 dollars I've contacted them several times with no resolution…. I've asked twice for my account to be canceled and they haven't you can't delete your card or inmate either as long as your active in a subscription, do not use them

Do not use this site they billed my card 8 times in less than a month, When I called to report the first 6 charges they said they would fix but they only changed the name on the charge and continued to charge my card. Do not put your card on here.

Don't use them

They have been hitting my account every three days for the price of 39.99 and not the advertised 19.99 a month. Then you call and it's 3 to 14 days days for refund. They have taken approximately $324.00. Don't sign up.

I signed up with a $4.99 deal to send pictures! Which ended up being over $30 to send pictures! I tried to cancel my service! Only to have multiple charges! Months later, without using the service! DONT make the mistake of giving this website your bank info! Reporting to the BBB!

Approximately every 4-6 months I get double billed and then my rates go up. This month I was billed $39.99 (mysteriously increased from $29.97) 9 days early on November 18th and then billed $39.99 AGAIN on November 21st. I got a text saying my communications were "paused" due to payment. I called right away and got a closed recording. I then sent an email voicing my frustration and stating I am filing a complaint with the Bureau of Prisons. Someone called me back in less than 5 minutes. HOWEVER, the rep had the audacity to say I needed to make a payment. Yep, I went off. I told her Pigeonly owed me a refund and she started acting like it was my fault and used the phrase "What you need to do...". Nope! I did what I was supposed to do. I made certain funds were available to cover my account. Now what I AM GOING TO DO is start by contacting the Bureau of Prisons to see who I file my complaint with. I will also be contacting th FCC since this is a communications network.

I originally posted a sh! Tty review but I've decided to edit it.
I've had a few problems regarding money being taken out my account unauthorised. While it's frustrating (I was left with nothing in my account this month), Pigeonly DOES deal with these requests quite quick. It can take upto 7 days for it all to be investigated & the money put back in my account, however Pigeonly has it sorted within 3 days or so.
So while it's a negative experience regarding money, it IS dealt with swiftly.

SCAM!

DO NOT enter your credit or debit card BY ALL MEANS. This company will illegally charge you even after you cancel your subscription. Oh yeah…and you can't remove your card until the subscription is cancelled so they can continue to take money right out of your account as if you won't notice or something. Did not get a single email or notification for any of these fraudulent transactions. Will never be using this service and I hope it burns to the ground. This company takes advantage of people with incarcerated loved ones. Absolute scumbags.

Signed up for the free trial only on Oct. 7th. Cancelled on Oct. 12th before free trial was to expire because my husband was released. Prison. Their customer service representative assured me that it was cancelled and I would not be charged anything. I received many phone calls from them on oct 12th & 13th wanting to know why I cancelled & offering me a "deal" for $39.99. I went on to explain to them that they shouldn't be calling me offering me anything because i cancelled because i dont need this service because my husband is no longer in prison. On Oct. 14th my card was charged $14.99 and on Nov. 14th they took $39.99 and another $14.99 on the same day all within an hour! I'm so upset and disappointed and I just want my money back. They are a total RIP off and very bad business and this is $80.00 I feel they stole from my special needs son, money that I was saving to order his cap & gown and senior ring for his graduation in May if his health improves. Now what am i suppose to tell him? I'm a single parent doing this on my own and this company lied to me and stole from me! Please be very aware when dealing w/this company. I would not want anybody else to go thru the hell thru are putting me thru.

So I signed up for a 7 day free trial to see if my husband even receives my letter and if it's worth the 40 dollars. I sent out my first letter the same day I signed up then I wake up the next morning to them already trying to charge my card 40 dollars twice. This is literally the next morning after I signed up for my 7 day trial. I'm not sure how I feel about this site if my husband recievs his letter I may reconsider but the fact that they already tried to charge me the morning after I signed up to try it for 7 days free is a red flag for me and I wasn't able to get into the account bc they didn't get the money because luckily I used a prepaid card that I hadn't put funds on to pay for the services yet since I was as just trying it out. So I called and after I spoke with someone but the lady on the phone kept telling me she's sorry for the inconvenience but wasnt sure how to help or didn't have a clue how to anyways just kept stumbling thru what she was trying to say then I was magically able to access the account again. So I'm not sure if they try to scan people yet or not I get was we will see if my husband receives his letters that I have sent and I'll go from there. I do know that without my husband I'm a single mother and this is supposed to make it easy for me to keep in today ch with him at an affordable price not Rob families blind in an already difficult time in their lives so hopefully that's not the case but only time will tell.

I have continually been charged by this company even though my account was cancelled. I called customer service and they said it was due to system updates. I was charged $26.06 on Oct. 28,29 Nov. 1,2 I called and they said it was cancelled and my card was removed. Well I checked again today and my account was charged $26.06 on Nov. 8 and today it was charged $26.06 FOUR times! Do not trust this company!

Unless you have money to throw away for a lifetime DO NOT SIGN UP DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION! Theres no place to delete your card information which they will use for no matter how long you have not had an active acount for! I wonder if its even a real person you speak to over email for customer service. They will charge you randomely whenever they feel sometimes more than monthly and when they say youll get a refund and theyll delete your information so it doesnt happen again they still charge doing nothing about the matter. Theifs. Id find a different way to make things cheaper and more convenient unless you have cash to literally throw away forever! Beyond upset! This site shouldnt even be a thing! Been charged $52 in two weeks and havent even had an active account for TWO YEARS! Tell us all why nobody has the option to be in charge of their own debit/credit cards on this site?! SCAM! Bet you wont allow this up either. I wouldnt even give this a one star but looks like you have to.

DO NOT US THIS APP! I stopped using this app about a year ago because random charges would appear on my account from Pigeonly. I called and asked that they would give my money back and to please remove my billing information. They said they would, one year later they charged my account two charges of $26.06 a total $52.12, again without my consent. They are robbing people and hoping you won't notice the charges. THIEVES. I can believe they still have my account information after one year and after they said they were removing it. DON'T SIGN UP TO THIS APP.

I canceled in April 2021 The charged June July aug skipped sept and now it oct2021 and they hit my account 10 time just in a few day and with a total of 21 transactions in few months Be aware and customer service is hard to get ahold of and said they would refund the account but would not give any reference number or etc to confirm

The worst.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. This is by far the worst system. None of the pictures or the letter I sent to my inmate were sent to him, they sent them to my address instead. The number "they provided me with" never worked. AND ON TOP OF IT ALL, I canceled my subscription three different times now for the past month and I'm still being charged. I was charged three days in a row at this very moment. And this is all after I've spoke to representatives about it, twice now. So be careful. They just keep taking money.

Highly disappointed that every single photo and postcard I sent got returned. What a crock of crap. They SHOULD know which jails and institutions accept their services. But instead they are greedy and just take everybody's money.
