I can't get through anything, and it keeps charging me, photos said delivered, which were never received. There were photos that I have never seen before, and that I didn't send. Never received anything out of this company. What can I do to stop these people?
This place IS A RIP OFF! They charged my acct 12 times in Novemeber 7.99,14.99 and 19.99 SEVERAL TIMES. I called just today because there's NEW charges several for 7.99 and 14.99. I called and was told a refund is coming. I've never had an issue until now. This made me look up reviews for this company and WOW! Everyon is having the same problem. This is horrible cus the person who invented the app was someone who use to be in prison. I supported this app for that reason alone n now I feel like that was a dumb move on my end. This company is constantly using our funds and information inappropriately. It's not fair and very upsetting. Don't use this app save yourself money and frustration
I wish that this service would replace all the others in place at the jail facilities.
I've had nothing but trouble, problems and hassles. GTL connect Network, the other ones I am broke because of it and can barely afford to put money on my husband's books do to the other companies high fees. I wish my jail facility will allow pigeon to load commissary but at least now a lot of the other services are cheaper for me and I can send him pictures, greeting cards among other things. I've only had to use the customer service one time and even that was beyond amazing. Extremely happy with them.
I would LOVE to sing and dance about Pigeonly because it is such a fantastic idea, but please be very cautious when signing up. I have never had a company take as much money as they would like from your account and there be zero repercussions. They have taken hundreds from my account in small, bite-size payments of $7.99 and $14.99 each. I have contacted them multiple times, had a few refunds but the money keeps going. They took SEVEN payments out yesterday randomly worth over $60. My bank provider eventually refunds the money and reclaims it from them as I had the service blocked, but it just goes on and on and on... it is a wonderful idea and I so wish I would support it but it is a very very dodgy service! They have taken a total of $100 in the last 12 days alone.

Those are fees that are automatically charged to Pigeonly accounts depending on your subscription type.The good news is our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly the appropriate department will correct the issue and refund the charges right away.
The process to receive a refund can be as quick as 3 days but can take as long as 14 days, depending on your bank.

My son was reaonly move to a place that only uses this company to send him money. I have only been signed up for less than a month and they have taken over 60. Dollars out of my account. I had called emailed and nothing has been done. I cancelled my account and they are still taking money out. They take 7.99 out 2 and 3 times a week and I have no idea what that is for. 12.99 has been taken out twice. Another 20.00 was taken and I have no idea why. I was told I would get my refund but no that hasn't happened. I will not go away I will keep on till something happens. DO NOT US THIS SIGHT

I've had their service for over 2 years and noticed back in July that going all the way back to October that they had over charged me over 60 times. They change the name that appears on my bank statements and they charge 99 cents and 2.99 and 7.99.
Long story short. After 2 months of calling them back and forth they refunded me, instead of just cutting me a check for a single amount, they did like 60-70 transactions refunding me over $260 they had over charged me over the past 7-8 months.
I HIGHLY recommend this free service called Privacy (https://privacy.com/join/E49E8) (Full disclosure, this is my referral link. I get a $5 credit and you get a $5 credit to use on anything when you use my link. The service is 100% free, there is a paid tier but it's 100% functional without paying for it)
What I have done, now, is use a privacy.com credit card as the payment method at Pigeon.Ly. I then pause the card (a feature of privacy) and put a $8 limit per month (another feature).
This month, November, they charged my privacy card 7.99 as normal but I got a text saying that my subscription is going to end. I ignore it because I figure it is a mistake because I saw the charge. Within a day or two my friend can't call me. Sure enough, logging into pigeon.ly it says that my account is pass due.
I contact live support via chat on their website and they said that it's a mistake and they will issue a refund for the original 7.99 and I would have to pay another $7.99 but I won't have to pay again until Jan 21,2020 and he said I get a month free. I have the chat log.
I unpause and raise the limit to $20 on the privacy card and the 7.99 goes through. It's only been 2 days and it's a weekend so I don't see the refund yet.
Yesterday, Saturday Nov 23, I get a message from privacy.com that they declined a charge from pigeonly for 14.99! What? That's double what I normally pay and why did they try to take money from me when I just paid and not supposed to be charged until jan 21,2020?
They are 100% crooks. I hate this company but it's the only way my friend can call me so I have to deal with it. Privacy.com has made it so much better.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THE ARE THIEVES. I cancelled a free trial almost immediately after I signed up and gave my bank card info. BECAUSE they could not tell me when he would be able to makes calls but that it would be more than a week and trial started that day! Now over a month later they are siphoning money out of my bank account. 3 times in less than week! They are lower than the belly of a snake THIEVES!
Seems to always be billing issues this time of year. However I was refunded the 4 error charges. Thank you Alex!
A great to send letters also sends Photos as well. I have not tried it yet but I am working on it. All around a good site but needs a bit of technical support
I love this site but I was the funding for the phone calls would be faster on adding mins to the phone line.
I have used the local number which is good when it works, the picture and letters are cool it just takes to long to be delivered

So far. So good. Lots of options for pics, cards, post cards, you name it. I'm notified when my stuff is being packaged to be shipped out. That's so great. One bad thing that Pigeonly had made me aware of via email. Was that Securus Technologies (host for tele-communications of the facility my loved one is in). Unfortunately does NOT support outside companies and/or corporations. I was made aware of this after I purchased the phone package and was assigned a line with Pigeonly. Which DEFINITELY MORE BANG FOR MY BUCK! But Pigeonly notified me right away apologizing for the inconvenience, stating that they would not be able to grant the personal phone number allowing my incarcerated loved one to call on my account and that the money will be refunded in a few business days. Very professional and with appropriate sincerity. Im not sure If I have yet seen the money hit my account. But other than that, I am pleased across the board.

My friend said the pictures were a very nice quality. And they were received in decent timeframe. I feel like it should have been faster cause i printed and mailed some "after" I ordered them here (wasnt sure if the facility would receive mine) and mine got there faster. But not that much faster and Pigeonly's picture were better he said.
So there was really no trial period, got charged 4.99 I ordered pics that were never received. So I removed my card info called the number to cancel and so far I've been charged 32$ in one month today I got charged 7.99 2 times. They are still charging my account.

Ok, so i m having some problems with the local number phone that they had provide to me. Honestly, the number only it worked fine for the first time call! Then i ve started to had some problems with it so i could not be able to use it anymore. I tried to contact them for telling them that i was having some problems with the number but they have just stop to replying to my emails!. For 17,99$ WHAT A GREAT SERVICE! Lol Honestly i thought they were different from the other scam sites. But if you say to a customer that the number it will work for one month then that is how it should suppose to be! And not for just one time call! Or you have to refund them!. After this experience i doubt i will ever use any of their service again and i think many of their other angry customers will do the same too!

They are frauds! I ordered services. Web sites, phone, and pictures unlimited! Yeah right! You have to pay $25 to set your phone up and can only send pictures and web information once the previous order is delivered! It takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. How is that unlimited? I called and got refund. Then, they recharged my account. I called and have to wait 3-12 days for refund. Please, do not use this site to send anything! They are scam artists!
It would b nice if everything works so far only the picture sending worked for me

Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
