My aunt hasn't received the letter yet, but if this works it will be life changing. We're in the middle of a pandemic and I am trying not to expose myself, but it's very important to me that my aunt knows how much we all love her and support her. I love the idea of being able to send cards and pictures. One thing I've struggled with in the past is finding holiday cards that the jail won't send back. The fact that Pigeonly sends only to inmates gives me hope that the cards won't be tossed.
Easy to use but a little overpriced. Not sure how long it takes for person to get letter and couldn't find the info.

It was ok. It says u will have unlimited minutes with ur own pigeonly number for 7.99. Then later you find out it's a $25 fee to get the the ohine

What we mean by unlimited, is that on your end -there is no cap, your loved one can call you for as long as they are allowed at their location and they have funds on their phones account. It was alot easier to sign up then I thought it would be. I sent a pic already with my pigeonly number on it. Not sure if she received it or not. I haven't received a call from her so not sure If the jail relayed the pigeonly number to her otlr not.

This makes trying to support him and comfort him as well as well as him do the same to me make us both just irritated. I have been incarcerated in the past and I love to keep in touch with my people. Pigeonly makes it fast, easy, and thoughtful. I have used other services before but Pigeonly is for inmates by inmates and I support that! I only wish that there was an option to send a service to unlimited inmates, like buy a specific service per month but with unlimited sendees. Hopefully in the future :) thank you Pigeonly!

I have a lot of friends it made some bad choices and ended up in a bad situation that got sent away for a while. I pride myself on being a good friend and not forgetting about people because they have been sent away- especially when they are some of my best friends... Ihey tried to write them all letters but then if they call on the phone the letters seem like old news because I already spoke to them and told them everything that was in the letter or I end up just throwing it away because it's old news by the time that I remember to stamp it and mail it. It seems that if I'm not out of envelopes I'm out of stamps if I'm not out of stamps I'm out of paper if I'm not out of paper I have no pens I can't seem to get it together with writing and mailing a letter so I end up sending them nothing at all even though I think about them all day long. I found this app today and for only $0.99 yes that is a special but it's normally only $4.99 right on my phone I can write them a letter right on their app and hit send and they get it to my friend that is sent away for a while. No stamps no envelopes don't even have to get off the couch lol... The The scene goes for photos for $4.99 a month I can send as many photos as I want to them right off my cell phone don't have to get them developed don't have to send them in the mail nothing. The only downside I see so far is it I sent one letter and then I tried to send another one a few hours later and it said I had to wait because my first one was still being processed so even though the letters are unlimited I'm not sure how much time you have to wait in between to send more than one other than that life just got a lot easier!
I sincerely apologize for the confusion the reason you are only able to send only one of each product at a time is that we don't want the facility to throw out any of your important mail in case they have a restriction as to how many mail orders of the same product can be received in one day.

During this extremely stressful time, it was helpful to have a site that was easy to set up and easy to use. I didn't need more drama or more frustration in my life. The site is intuitive and user friendly.

I was actually looking for a way to send money, but discovered that they also offered convenient ways to get in contact with my loved one. The ordering process is seamless and easy and not too expensive and there is a variety of nice things to choose from. I chose the letter writing service and a phone line. I like that i can write a long letter without running out of space.
