My son is 15 and I still can not visit or schedule a visit. They have you deposit money on so many accounts it's a shame. I've spent 100's of dollars I only get collect calls and I can send messages to him, no visitation.

Site was great. Not good with websites so it was a little tricky but great service. I understand the security but it could be a little more user friendly.

It's really easy to use and sign up for really wasn't expecting it to be easy but it's really easy to set up a phone and being able to send letters
Easy sign up and directions were clear. Worked fast. Would suggest a better receipt or view on orders though. It will say processing but doesn't say if I finished on my part.

I won't know until he gets his mail and pictures but so far so good. I love how I can write letters and send pctures with no hassle or struggle.
