I really enjoy being able to send my loved one anything anytime. It will help him not forget us while he is there.
Still try to sent picture but didn't work yet. Something went wrong and still waiting for day just to a letter to though and no more letters can be sent until that one go frist. Still waiting 1 day already

I would not neseccairly recommend this company they have not been able to provide me with even my account balance Their customer service representatives are not very knowledgble. I was not made aware of several features that i assumed would come with the service, like video calls.
I was not made aware that the minimum you can add to your account is $ 25.00
I was not made aware that the initial setup would not be completed and ready for activation and use until the following day.
Just was not impressed with pigeonly. They do not even have an application for download. I had to copy their link on my desktop.
I contacted customer service yesterday to find out how much money was on my second line and they could not help me with this either.
They only positive thing I can think of is that my family member received decent photo copies of the pictures and messages I sent. I really can not even tell if i am actually saving money through their service or not. I am also not sure if i will continue to pay for this service.

It saves a lot of time and I don't have to sit and write letters I don't got to go and take pictures out and do all this stuff just do it right for my phone and I am good to go you guys are really awesome

Once you place an order it is printed out within 24 hours and should reach the facility within 3-5 business days. Once it is at the facility it all depends on how fast the staff gets the mail to an inmate. The way to get your number to the inmate would be sending a letter or postcard from the website and include the number for the inmate to call on it. The business makes it very convenient to keep in touch with an inmate. Without the hassle of having to purchase writing material paper pens etc. I love the fact that the letter is processed wen done and inmate will receive it sooner and not have to wait the time limit of getting it thru the mail. So I give it a rating of 5 stars for excellent..

I'd never heard of this site until I was on google. Sign up is very easy as well as verifying your account. & once signed up I got a 10$ credit thanks to Pigeonly. Site is very easy to use and very organized as well. 10/10

This wasn't what I expected at all I paid money to add a line which the inmate doesn't even have access to. So I'm out $25. The pictures and letters take a week or longer to get to the inmate not sure yet if it really works or not because nothing has been received yet.

Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Let's stand together and stop this greedy corporate fraud. [email protected]
Answer: Report to police. They are running a scam. Used all my available credit on my card. I am filing police report tomorrow and they will investigate. I'm done.
Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
