I was looking online to get in contact with my daughter and came across Pigeonly! I thought the name was a little strange but took a chance. My daughter received her first postcard today and was so excited when she called me! So happy to get a photo of her kids, I'm sending her as many as I can in hopes it changes her thoughts and maybe I'll just get her back like she used to be!

My gf was recently arrested and was housed in Macomb County Jail pending me finding funds to bail her out. I knew it was going to take a little while for this to happen and did not want to spend so much money on care packs which would cut into my bond fund. I never saw this Pigeonly option before and looked at what other options are there to show incarcerated loved ones are not forgotten. Even a little note that just says high can lift their spirits and give them the energy to go another day esp if they are in full blown detox. You all know the prison guards and system does not give a $#*!! Anyways I like this new option to communicate with loved ones to remind them they are missed dearly and not forgotten. Oh btw website easy to navigate

This is how I keep in touch with james while in ouachita county. Its easier than getting envelopes and stamps to send letters and pictures

As I was trying to figure out how I could help my brother, this was the one thing that made me feel like there was something I could take care of for him. I like the fact that I can make phone calls easier and less expensive for him and that I can send unlimited letters online as I work on my computer all day. Could you get an APP soon?

To start, i have to say wow. Good and bad things; how convent this program is to keep in touch with inmates it has somewhat easy navigating and everything you'd find yourself to need is all in one spot so theyis no confusing frustration. Bad things are the lack of"tips" or "help" when doing certain tasks or finding information on certain things. As a new user I find it hard to confidently carry out tasks with adding money to inmate. The steps don't elaborate on the wording and terms used making it kind of hard to know what information is needed. There is not much self help unless calling and being confronted by further questions not easily understood. Overall in find that this great for how easy it makes keeping intouch witthout a headache or hassle.

It's so much easier than any other website or app. It ships out the same day you send it and your loved ones will get it in 3-5 days. Your loved ones can also order commissary and get it later the same day they ordered it.
