Crapola!

My review is very similar to everyone else's. Ordered 4 tops in 2 different sizes. After a month they were received but were of very poor quality and sized poorly. My mom couldn't'; t even get her shoulders into a 3X and she is usually an XL.
I immediately contacted them as webpage described. No address for return provided. Did I want another size? NO, i want to return the. They told me it would be expensive to ship them back and still gave no address.

Finally they offered to credit me $12 for my $65 purchase. Luckily I made my purchase thru PayPal and I got them involved and escalated the complaint. They communicated with seller who then said $13 take it or leave it. I declined and PayPal finally got me an address for return. So IF they get it they are to credit me my full payment. YES it cost me $39 to ship it back but it became a matter of principle.

Horrible company

When you order they show you American size charts but do not tell you they are located in Hong Kong and the sizes are different. I received one of 2 tops I ordered in Xl and couldn't even get it over my head. The material they used was awful ( thin and scratchy) I have been fighting with them for 2 months for a refund and all they do is offer me a discount on my next order. RUN RUN RUN from this company!

Stay away!

Ordered in June and in August have not received anything. Get the run around from the website - have been told to pick new items because fabric is no longer available. I asked for money back and was refused - told to pick new items. This is a scam site. My banking information was hacked after i submitted my order to them so i'm highly suspicious. My bank was billed the amount right away rather than when items shipped. Nothing in 2 months is ridiculous!

Do not order from this company! I placed order in June, it is August, recieved 1 of 4 items! It is poorly made and looks nothing like the picture! Asked for refund, no one responds! Scammer

8 weeks and no product. Finally because I paid through PayPal, I launched a complaint through PayPal. Immediately they started writing please miss, our money is frozen, please stop your complaint.' Within two days I got two of the four tops I ordered. They were crap... sizing was all over the place. So the I demanded a full refund. Ma'am if you push resolved on the PayPal account it will release your money and we will return it immediately and we will return it I promise.' Against my better judgement I did and they returned just the money for the two tops that didn't come but will not respond to me on how to return the other two and get the money back. This place is a scam! Stay away from them!

SCAM?

Like others, I placed an order June 11,2019 and have received no product to date. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order. The company stopped responding to my emails. Tried to file Better Business Bureau complaint, but BBB needs company address and phone number, which cannot be found on the website or internet.
Pickatop ad was a pop up on Instagram. Zuckerberg is happy to take add revenues but takes no responsibility for quality of advertisers.

It took almost 2 months to get my order. When I finally received it 3 of the items were not even finished (raw edges on neckline, hem and sleeves) and charged for an item that was not received. I have asked for return label so I can return for refund but getting the run a round.

Followup re previous comments... this company replies to my emails re poor service. Ie items not delivered on time as promised. Emails are amateurish and full of platitudes that they are working to get items posted. It is now 7 weeks since I paid extra to receive items in 10-13 business days. They totally ignore that I want a refund because of their false advertising. I told them I was going on an overseas vacation and not to send me anything.
So this morning, as I leave on vacation, there is an email stating they have posted 2 of the 5 items ordered! Who knows where they will end up as I will nor be home to accept delivery. What an absolute waste of my time and money... extremely frustrating shopping experience... NEVER to be repeated. DO NOT shop with this company.

After several emails to Pickatop, they sent one top (of 5 ordered). But DHL charged me $20 to deliver, plus $6 duty! I paid $16 for the top that was delivered... so really wasn't worth it. Top was adequate, but different shade of colour from photo on Pickatop site.
I emailed to tell them not to send other tops, but to refund my money. I received an email saying they would send other tops in 5 days! Very unprofessional email and poor English language... obviously from China.
I would advise NOT TO SHOP ON the PICKATOP SITE!

I paid extra to have 5 tops delivered in 10-13 business days. I received one top after 1 month. Poor quality, 2 tops after another month, again poor quality. It is now 4 months later and after "giving up" on this company, I received an email stating there is another ordered top on the way! So they eventually do deliver, but quality is extremely poor... will not wear ANY of the ordered items, and will not bother to try to return them for a refund. Just do not buy from this company... you will be very disappointed!

Crap

Item ordered looks and feels nothing like I ordered. Material is heavy and scratchy. Too long. Looks nothing like the picture. In order to keep and wear the top, I will have to readjust body including length and shorten sleeves. For this I paid $30.00. Beware!

This a bogus site. I have been waiting 6 weeks for delivery and only get lame apologies when I inquire about my order.If I get my tops, I'm sure they won't be worth the wait.

Wish I had read these other reviews first!

The garment pattern was right, the color was wrong, and, would you believe it, the neckline, sleeves and hem were rough cut and not finished! If I could give it, I would give it a minus 10. They should be sued for $100 million! This company is a scam! Don't ever buy from them. This is what you get when you buy from China!

I live in Canada. I had to pay $27 customs fee for one dress. The dress was much smaller then their sizing chart and was very poorly made(uneven hem). It is totally unwearable. I have tried to get their return address to return it.
Their response was a $5 refund if I keep it or 20% off next order and I still don't have return address.
UNBELIEVABLE!
