The sweater I received looks nothing nothing nothing like the advertised item. It should be worth $5.00. Actually looks like low end thrift store items. Don't get fooled Don't buy from pickatop. They are a scam with false advertisement. A bait & switch company.

I ordered about 6 items. It took 6 weeks to get 1 item and then 3 other items trickled in about 1 a month. I reached out to their support via email multiple times. I still have not received 2 items and its been five months! Very bad customer service.

Deplorable

Horrible products, total waste of money. Website should be taken down. A 10 year old could produce a better product than this company. Ordered 4 items, took 8 weeks to receive the first item, unfinished seams and hems, ill placed button holes, not even a homeless person would wear this!

Placed order for 3 garments on the 21/10/19.
To date I have not received anything. I emailed them 3 times before I received a response. All they kept saying was that the parcel was in transit.
I demanded a refund and was told they can't do anything until I receive the goods! What the? If I don't receive the goods I can't ask for a refund, but if they haven't sent the goods, hoe do I get my money back? DO NOT BUY FROM PICKATOP!

Scam!

I ordered 2 tops. After about 3 months received one. It was too small even though I ordered one size larger. They would not let me return it. They offered $7 on a $25 top as a settlement. I canceled the other top but they sent it any way. It was not the top I ordered. I got the second top 5 months after I ordered it. What a rip off!

Stay away. It's junk

The garment I got was not wearable... the edges of the neckline, sleeves, bottom of the top were not sewn... raw edges that are unravelling... a piece of junk... total waste of money. Stay away.

Rip Off Company!

I placed a order early Oct. Have received 3 items. Size problems, horrible sewing botch right in front of the blouse. They do not do returns or reimburse. I think all the clothes are seconds,( meaning, all have a problem) So all of us have been taken advantage of. Lousey, unethical company!

I ordered a sweater on 10/22 and today is 11/16 and I still have not received it. I have contacted them twice and yesterday (after I complained to them through PayPal) they told me it had shipped on the 12th.and takes another 10 to 20 business days. I am doubting that I will ever get it and if I do, based on other reviews, it won't be anything like what was pictured. This has been a $35 lesson learned in buying before reading reviews. If I ever receive my sweater, I will update my review.

I ordered a yellow top in 3x. When I finally received it, it was black and wouldn't go over my shoulders. Waste of money and too expensive to mail back. I don't have a picture of it because I threw it away.

I ordered 7 items, received one, then made a complaint to PayPal and received another. After another complaint to PayPal received a bag. Nothing since. Never again and I am not dealing with PayPal again either as it is so difficult. Will go shopping myself in future. This is my third scam so no more online shopping for me.

Two orders, one in 6/27 for four items and one on 7/16 for four items. I only received two items out of eight. It is now October 2nd. I filed two claims with PayPal. I am never ordering from them again. They stole my hard earned money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered some summer dresses in June and paid extra for 10-14 day delivery. Needed them for a holiday in August. Not received by the time I left, so notified them to cancel my order and refund my money. Have received a couple of notices that they are shipping one item. Again advised them not required and refund my money. Still nothing!
BEWARE!

I ordered back in June. 6 pieces. Wanted them for the summer. First item came -- not too bad (not high quality buy wearable) but that is where it ended. Second item was not finished on sleeves, hem or neck. (see photo) Response was to have someone here in the US finish it -- would not have been possible because the V-neck was way too big and the fabric was low quality. Then after many emails and complaints, the next two tops were sent. The phony label in the garments claimed they were polyester and spandex (each 50%). These tops did not fit. The fabric was stiff and had no elasticity -- bogus labeling. I am still inquiring about my last two tops and was told the factory was backlogged, then told it was made a rush order - but the latest is that they don't have the materials.

They will not take returns and will not refund money. - was told to give the two tops( that are inferior quality, no elasticity, poor colors, scratchy fabric, and do not fit me) away to someone. Really?

I also got the runaround about all the garments being made to order, factory was backlogged, etc.

This site is a total scam -- and there are others like it and maybe they are all run by the same Chinese scammers.

Just telling you to BEWARE!

I ordered thirteen pieces and only received 3 after getting PayPal involved. Poor quality. Sizes WAY to small. The company offered me less than 5% as a cash setttlement. I performed all required steps to recover from PayPal. Five days after the close date, I received a denial from PayPal saying I had not performed all required steps. I showed them where I had. I never heard another word from PayPal. Wow!

I have found several sites online where the prices are low and there is lots of choice and I like some of the styles. Mostly I have been lucky since the sites I used had all followed through in a timely manner. What all these sites have in common are that they are located in China so the garments are manufactured there and then sent by mail from there.

Enter pickatop. I had no reason to suspect that this site would be any different. So I ordered 4 different tops that I liked for a total of around $100. What a mess! I got a note confirming my purchase and then pretty quickly I got a note that my first item was shipping. And it did. It seems much lower in quality from the other sites I have ordered from. And then there was the lack of follow through.

I was unhappy with the garment, there is no way to return it. Generaly all of these sites offer you a discount on future purchases to reimburse you. I wrote to pickatop and said I would keep the item they had sent but wanted to cancel the rest of my order and have my money refunded.

Not once did they offer this option. Instead I spent 2 fruitless months emailing back and forth during which their emails all followed this pattern:

1. An offer of a discount on future purchases. This amount was increased a couple of times but was never very high.

2. An explanation that their clothes are made to order and it takes at least 10 to 3 weeks to make them and then another 3 weeks to ship them. After the 1st shipment I gave them approximately another month before I started complaining. They send nothing during that time. So by the time I contact them they order was already overdue.

3. No acknowledgement that I wanted a refund.

So we went back and forth. They list a customer service phone # on their site which I tried numerous times to call and it always rang busy. Also my request to speak to a supervisor was ignored.

Eventually they stopped responding to my emails without fixing the problem.

I realize that the sites I have ordered from successfully all had customer reviews of their garments which I read religiously. And, I based a good part of my buying decision on these reviews which turned out to be pretty accurate. Pickatop doesn/t. This service. In fact, PickaTop doesn't offer anything in the way of services.

There are better sites out there. Use them.
