I have been a Phytoextractum customer since 2019. They are in Portland, OR which is next door to me in Washington state.
My experience with Phytoextractum has been remarkable, from their A+++ customer service to the superior products they offer.
Phytoextractum delivers what a customer expects to receives, top quality products and responsive customer service.
First, let me say the customer service is top notch. Any time I have reached out to them the response is almost immediate. They are always able to help me with my requests in a timely matter.
Each experience with Phytoextractum is consistent. I always receive exactly what I am expecting, and my orders arrive in a very timely matter regardless of the shipping priority.
Phytoextractum keeps up on emerging technologies to evolve their existing product, and is always offering new products to their website.
I have seen a lot in the news in the past few years about Kratom and the controversy that is attached to it. I can't stress enough how untrue most of this information is.
I had experienced years of pain in my lower body caused by inflammation from two back surgeries that I had in 2007. My life was a half-life regardless of the medical treatment and medication that was prescribed to me. Nothing relieved my post-surgery pain and I endured misery for years.
My own person journey with Kratom started with education. When I heard about Kratom I visited a local retailer to education myself on the product. Once I felt confident that I had enough knowledge I began trying different strains to see how my pain responded to them. After a few months I found some strains that worked for me. I became 100% pain free from finding the correct strains that worked for me and later combining them with a topical CBD balm. I no longer receive medical treatment, over the counter or prescription medication since I found the right products for me.
I have used the same two products from Phytoextractum since 2019. I take the same amount that is prescribed which is 1/8 of a teaspoon. I have never built up a tolerance to this amount, and although I am 100% pain free I continue to take the products as a daily regime with other supplements, more for maintenance than anything.
The last thing I want to say about Phytoextractum is the integrity behind the products they offer. They care about the products they are offering to consumer. Safety is a main concern and they actively test their products for purity.

I started cautious and hesitant - the site looked great, but I was not sure if it would deliver, especially if customer service issues arose.

Its fantastic! I have placed 5 orders so far.

- they ship from in the US, which was one concern i had since I was ordering asian products. 2 days has been the standard delivery time, super fast!
- I have goofed up twice on my orders, and customer service has been fast, FRIENDLY, and very professional! They were happy to help me fix my errors, with a smile. They also sign their emails, so I can say Thank You to Mia in this: D
- i did not know the difference between extract and powder. I sent in an email to the customer service address, wondering if I would get a reply since it wasnt really a order/payment issue. Just a few hours later, I got a wonderful and patient reply that answered all of my questions!

The prices are great, the delivery speed is outstanding, but its the customer service that has really driven home my confidence and love for this site! STRONG recommend, and thats after... 4? customer service contacts now.

I purchased Kratom powder for my health condition of Fybroidmyalgia. It came very cleanly and professionaly packaged. The quality of this powder I received was very fresh and stayed that way throughout it's entire use until gone. I plan to keep my business with Phytoextractum. I am looking forward to testing out their CBD oil at some point in the future for my occasional bouts with arthritis. This website has something against anyone saving a buck by writing an honest from the heart review. It's true I might not have set out to make an honest review without an incentive. But even with an incentive I would not lie. But this website wants to block the benefits that Phytoextractum would extend to me in exchange for our business experience with one another. So below in order to make this review and get a savings on the costs of my health care I have to check a button that says I never received an incentive for an honest opinion. Well I really did and I thank God to Phytoextractum for giving me a financial break in this world that no other business seems willing to do for any reason. So there is another great thing to say about Phytoextractum! Their not just all about extracting money from you.

I've been using phytoextractum for my kratom and kava for the past 3 years. I've tried every vendor out there and this is by far my favorite company. Their product is very high quality and they have fair prices.
