Great products at great prices, had an issue with my order, contacted customer service and they sent the missing item from order overnight. Great service

When I received my original order from Phytoextractum, it was missing one item. I sent an email to Customer Service and Mia replied by asking me to email a photo of my invoice/packing slip back to her. When I did, she replied promptly with a confirmation email and by shipping the backordered item which I received in just a few short days.

I was using a different big vender and stumbled on Phytoextractum website. I was surprised to see how affordable their product is. I was in shock when i got my order overnight and the product was high quality. Good job Phyto!

I did have a little trouble getting vines the dimension I requested but Mia was quick to help out and I was able to get enough of the size I needed in time for my event.

If you ever forget to apply a coupon code, need any information or help in general, these guys will help you out to no end. Consistently good product as well. I suggest the Bali for beginners.
