My last order with Phytoextractum was quite an experience. I ordered my herbs and supplements from Phyto and when it was shipped it was supposed to be here in 3 days. Well, USPS gave us a ton of issues, claimed that phyto printed a label with an incorrect address. I confirmed through phytoextractum customer care that USPS made a mistake and Phyto indeed had the correct label. They were able to resend us the herbs and supplements again due to USPS losing our package. Phyto, I'm sorry that USPS blamed you for that bad label and I fully know that they were at fault. - My experience with Phytoextractum: They care about the customer and want to resolve issues! Thank you guys again for being the only place I will buy my herbs and supplements.

Excellent customer support, excellent quality and variety of products, variety of shipping methods, offers customer loyalty rewards and discounts. I will continue to give Phyto my business. I had a shipment that was supposed to be overnight delivery. UPS dropped the ball and as soon as Phyto was made aware of the situation, they immediately wanted to offer my money back or an immediate store credit. Hannah was especially kind and helpful. 5 stars!

Phytoextractum has very high quality kratom (the only product I've tried from their site so far) that rivals many other sites I've tried, but the reason I keep returning to this specific site is because of their extremely helpful and quick costumer service! I had an issue where I attempted a purchase with my bank account but there was an error and the transaction was cancelled. I decided to use a different payment method and completed the purchase. A few days later I noticed that my bank account had actually been charged so I contacted customer service and within an hour I got a response with multiple methods to either get in store credit or a full refund. I chose the in store credit and received the order very quickly. This company has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to many more years purchasing from them!

I have tried different vendors and Phytoextractum is the only one I use now. Their product is very excellent quality and their prices are better than anyone's. They have a lot of coupons and sales. The customer service is superior too. Every time I have emailed them they get back to me the same day and answer all my questions. I have no reason to shop elsewhere.
