I had a question about my recent order invoice, (nothing to do with billing) and received an answer to my query within 24 hours. Customer service at Phyto is really exceptional.
Great products, extracts are as good as OPMS gold and half the price, which is (somewhat) easy on the wallet... well, easier on your wallet than the OPMS is lol. It's the best value on quality extract, and worth it if you need it. It does the trick every time, and I really love all of them, but the gold elite tea tablets are the best IMO. Instant Kava Hawaiian strain is also great for anxiety and not to strong, perfect. Even the plain leaf kratom is pretty good for a big vendor.
They next day aired me out a missing item from my first order, that's insane service. They also offer free COD money order with UPS next day air for orders over 150$. Anything that makes me go get a money order and wait around for UPS, you KNOW it's legit! AKA GMP certified. Great products and services. What more could you ask for in a vendor? They definitely take care of you.

This business offers UPS Next Day Air shipping and here I am 4 day's later without my order and no indication that it has ever even left the warehouse. I'm disgusted with this and am now going to have to place ANOTHER order with a different company and hope their next day air delivery system is competent. Never again. I should've at least gotten a notification that my order has been lost or cancelled or whatever, even though I was charged the $100 for it.
