I had an issue where I charge appeared that I did not make and emailed the company to which they responded immediately. It turned out it was my credit card company's fault but Phyto was willing to do what was needed. Great service!

Phytoextractum is by far the best vendor for kratom and multiple supplements, I have been a customer for over 5 years and have absolutely no complaints. The only issue I have ever had is related to USPS and not this business! The quality of their products is ALWAYS consistent and worth the price. I have tried local vendors and other online vendors, and will choose to use Phytoextractum! The customer service is beyond timely and polite! They send you updates regarding your package. Also, the company will keep you in mind for certain specials or promotions. There are seriously no complaints that I have EVER had for them. If you have a chance to use them as your first purchase for your exploration or continued use of different supplements, I am more than confident that you will receive quality product, timely response and diligent employees to keep you apprised of any information you could possibly want.

Phytoexactum offers gmp compliant premium products at a fair price. Their customer service is impeccable and their ship time is usually same day. I suggest their OG Bali which reminds me of old school Plantation Bali. Good company w good product!

I have ordered through this company for a few years now... product is always available and shipped in the time frame promised... I unfortunately had an order placed on 2/18 that took WAY longer expected to arrive... contacted the USPS as that was the method of shipping used... they had me waiting another week to receive the item PAST the week I had already waited...(and the item was shipped Priority... contacted Phytoextractum directly and not only were they quick to respond, but they also went into detail about what may have been the issue in the first place...(weather related)... they were spot on about what had happened and I received the order the next day... very polite... very thorough... no surprise I continue to order from them...

As for Phyto products, I can only speak to their kratom herbs. If that quality is the same as all other products, you can be assured of the best.

My experience with kratom orders is great; they offer reward points and you can usually find a coupon code to help with their already fair pricing. Extremely good quality product! The packaging is great -nice foil ziplock pouches keeps the freshness in. Shipping time is really fast, even with covid, I've had no problem with shipping to my state.
