I have ordered for my elderly mother as an alternative to narcotic opiate medication. While she is still on a small dose of Oxycodone, Phytorextractum has helped keep her dose low. Otherwise, she would be on a very large dose of Oxy and would be physically dependent and go through horrible withdrawal symptoms (even worse than the mild W. D. symptoms. She still has on the lower dose Oxy). She even claims that the Kratom that is sold by Phytoextractum does a better job of actually reveling her pain while providing less droggy effects. The fact that the federal government is considering banning Kratom and doing everything in their power to mess with them via federal agencies just proves... at best, how clueless our govt. And the FDA is; or at worse, just how bought and owned they federal government is owned by big pharma. I honestly am not sure which is worse. If Kratom is made illegal overnight, the federal government will either force my mother with stage 4 cancer to die in awful pain or die a junkie without her wits about her. Not to mention it is really hard to take the government seriously when they get this issue so wrong because it begs the question: what else are they getting so wrong?

Early on in my kratom experiences, I was lucky enough to find Phytoextractum... and by lucky I mean very good quality products at exceptionally reasonable prices. The very fast and free shipping didn't leave me wanting nor chomping at the bit... and it's great they offer faster shipping for those with less patience. The product line is good (far better than most) and the quality is superb. Yeah, the product descriptions could be better and the payment options are a little limited, but overall it's a great place for your kratom needs. Definitely recommended.

I'm rewriting my review with new updates. I have received a refund. It was a long time coming. Phyto has really good product and now they can guarantee safety. If I was new to kratom I would use phytoextractum. Thier customer services could be alittle better. But it's about quality. Don't worry with phytoextractum! Its safe now.

I want to rave again about how much this company has made me a very loyal customer wish I could do more. I have had two issues in the last three years buying from these guys. First was the quality of one bag of product wasn't as good. The guy took the batch numbers said yeah looks like it wasn't and sent a complete replacement of the entire order not just the bad product made me overlook the slow 1 day response. Now I had an issue where I ordered next day but UPS failed to pick up not their fault but they are still refunding the most expensive item in my order that 65 bucks very happy again!
