Phytoextractum has the absolute BEST products I have ever used. I have bought kratom from many sources until I discovered this company. Now I purchase only through this company. Their customer service is absolutely exceptional as well. All my orders are on time and packaged well. Any time I have a question I get a response the SAME DAY! I am a customer for life because of the people and products that make this company. Also an Oregon based location makes me very happy! Phytoextractum sets the standard all around! Thank you!

I have order many times from this site and have had a great experience every time. They sale high quality product. They offer free shipping and I receive my order in two days in central Oklahoma from their home office in Portland, Oregon. I've contacted customer service about payment issues and wrong shipping address (my fault, not theirs). They always respond to me in a timely manner and are willing to help me resolve my issue.

I, too, was a longtime customer of Phytoextractum and spent thousands over several years. Then I receive an order in which the little glass vial of FST had shattered during transit. This is a $55 product. I politely sent Phytoextractum a message which was ignored, so I sent another message. Now it's another business day and no replacement was sent, no response to my messages. I've ordered this product a million times and they have always used a padded envelope. This time they didn't, and my order was subsequently ruined. I am appalled that they would treat a loyal customer in such a manner. I'm starting to think these reviews are from Phytoextractum themselves, as a simple Google search will show you they have an F on the BBB. I will gladly retract this review if they make it right, which I sincerely hope they do.

I've been using kratom daily for the last year and a half. I've tried many online vendors-some are better than others but I've found Phytoextractum to be far superior as far as price and quality are concerned. Even with the free shipping option i get my packages at lightening speed. In addition they offer several different discounts at checkout so I save a ton of $ EVERY time I purchase. As far as quality, I sometimes dose several times a day with the plain Bali powder and I don't seem to reach a tolerance like I have with kratom from other vendors I've tried. And customer service is top notch. Very quick, courteous, and responsive. I'm glad I found them. Try them, you won't be disappointed. Will be my go-to vendor from now on!

Very nice quality product with a wide variety to choose from. 10/10 would reccomend to anybody! I took my first dose an it was an amazing expierince. Really nice for pain relief. It was a 10/ 10 for pain, and 9/10 for anxiety relief. It helped with my restless leg syndrome dramastically. Once I consumed the product It stated working right away taking away pain and really giving me a sense of euphoria. Almost a nice sense of well-being and that im very happy where I am in life. I will continue to purchase they're product and use it. It helps me so much and I will promote it as much as possible.

Phytoextractum is the best online vendor for plants and extracts. The kratom is of the purest quality! I have shopped around and I can not find better quality or better prices. I had an issue with an order I placed and I wrote customer service Hoping they could help and they were all over it! They righted something that was not their fault and went above and beyond to make my order a positive experience. You simply cannot find a better place to do business with!
