I haven't seen the product yet, but if you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. They will sell you fast service and not give it to you. Horrible. Ordered on the 14th with 2 day shipping. Receipt says delivery 19th. I should've cancelled then, but I didn't see it. Not arriving until the 23rd according to UPS. Don't use this site.
I submitted a Christmas card request with a picture of our family.
The cards came back fuzzy and our faces not clear and very white.
The company said the Christmas card picture was printed the way it was submitted and if I wanted a full refund
To mail the pictures back! What are they going to do with these pictures? And I would waste
Hours standing in line at UPS!
Luckily, I went to our local Walgreens and got a very clear and beautiful card at a cheaper price.

Their service could NOT be any better. This is my second set of graduation cards I ordered. One in 2022 and 2024. Both came on time and are lovely! This last set they had a proof that was ready the same day Sunday) printed the next (Monday)- shipped and arrived on Wednesday! What more could I ask for!
I ordered Christmas cards with our family picture with our last name listed underneath our picture. What we got back was a different family name listed underneath our picture! The return envelopes were correct using correct name as we supplied. We contacted them and they told us they could give us 20% off our next order! What? They never admitted to their mistake even after they sent it to their QC team. Bad business. Never again. We had no Christmas cards to send out because it was too late to try to order from another company.
Terrible company. We ordered a blanket with our dog who passed away for a birthday gift. The blanket was low quality, coming apart, and the pictures were blurry. We paid $75. They tried to give us a $25 refund. Nope, full refund it was. Walmart offers similar.
My calendar came with a wrong Last name on it,customer service did three different responses in same email 1 was issue will be taken care with apologies then no action.2 was like some explenation about pictures quality so 3 was my explanation that pictures are nice that's no issue,issue from day one 1 is wrong last name on top of my calendar and my email needs your right explanation.
Now newest is it is my fault why my calendar has vring last name on it hahaha -unbelievable!
Never heard in my life about Barber last name specifically in my family,but I am blamed for it on my own calendar and you printed it 🙃

Website is hard to work. They made a mistake on my cards and then charged me to reprint them. Poor customer service. I would never use them again.
Placed the order Dec 13th and paid for it to arrive on Dec 15th. No cards. Called on Dec 18th and was told it would arrive by 9pm that night. Did not come. Called a few days later and said I had to wait 3-5 days before getting a refund. Dec 26th still not here. Called again and finally got a full refund after they tried to tell me it was coming but they would refund the extra shipping cost.
I should have checked the previous reviews. Lesson learned.
I recently placed an order for Christmas cards to be sent out and paid extra for the postage stamps and delivery fees for the recipient cards. None of them got delivered. I explained what happened to customer service and they said that all the cards were delivered to my house, when only the extra cards that I ordered had been received. I ordered 80 cards, wanted 67 mailed out, but only received 13 of them. They refused to refund me for the entire amount that was never delivered. Do not use this company!
My daughter ordered Christmas Photo cards for me this year. I was truly impressed. Nicely packaged and ver high quality. Will use PhotoAffections again!
Used a groupon for Xmas cards... The quantity for the price was good. Quality of cards printed very poorly. Grainy and the details all blurred together. Would not recommend to use again. I've used shutterfly for years and decided to try this company. Definitely did not compare to shutterfly. Customer service is slow. Not worth the effort to contact them. Overall a crummy Xmas experience.
Poor quality cards, printing and cutting. Picture look washed out. Paper not good photo quality and ink is feathered. Cards are cut crooked. With white edges or bits of other pictures on the sides on some cards and all text at an angle.
Worst service I have ever received! Don't buy from them. They completely messed up my holiday card order. When I made them aware of the issue, they offered me 15% TO REORDER THROUGH THEM. Do not buy from them - they will take your money and give you crap customer service. It is a scam.
The picture quality was awful, customer service is useless and no one has a manager. Not to mention the phones do not work properly. So they are not always looking for ways to make things better. I didn't even mind reordering my item in a larger size however that was not an option and not one person or department could assist with this. The website does not allow this change to be made or any changes. I spent too many hours I will never get back with no resolution. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
I've ordered cards with photo affections for the last 8 years and have always been very happy with our orders. We get our christmas cards through them every year and love the tons of options they have and the quality they come in.
Most recently I was very, very impressed with their customer service response to a card design that arrived much darker than what I had pictured online. While the design was one I chose and approved, they saw the darkness and refunded my card so I could order new ones. They were very fast with responding and extremely forgiving. It was my fault (i approved it!) but they helped me out and replaced them. They rock. I will continue ordering through them moving forward!
I sent in a picture of husband and our dog. They had plenty of room to adjust picture so husband and dogs head would fit but they didn't. Dint want to do reprint either. I am so disappointed will NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. Wanted to give me a reprint with 50%off to get another blanket with same mistake no thank you!
I just got my graduation invites. They are awesome. It was super easy to make and they got here really quickly. Very impressed with this company and the customer support was quick and short nice. There envelopes were really nice.
I looked at the site but didn't place an order. But card # from previous order was used to charge $36 anyway!
Never received product and when I reached out to the company got an automated response asking for my name and address so they can look into the issue. Never heard anything again from the company. Went to post office with tracking number and they said number not in their system, which means it was never shipped through them.
After placing an order for photo cards on or about November 27th, I received a package from Photo Affections which contained 40 envelopes but NO PHOTO CARDS! I contacted the company through a live chat and was told to give it a few more days, however, the photo cards were never delivered soI sent an email requesting the order be canceled. It took over one week for them to tell me they're 'looking into the matter'. On December 13, I called the company by phone. After being 'on-hold' for over 15 minutes, a customer service representative finally answered my call. I gave her my order number and she said she would look into my order but she never returned to the phone after I waited over 30 minutes! I have sent at least 3 emails requesting a refund for shipping and taxes. I have yet to wait for a response.

Answer: Good luck with that. Long wait times if you call. Long wait times if you "chat" on-line. No answers to your survey responses or your e-mails.
