I ordered parts for my phone and paid for fast 2 day shipping... a week and a half later I still didn't even have confirmation that my items shipped. I called and emailed multiple times with no response until I threatened BBB report. I finally got the man on the phone who at first started with an attitude but later became nicer. He told me some of our parts were out of stock and would take a week to come in (which we were never informed of this at all until I called). I told him I wanted a refund which he was good with... however, 2 weeks later and I still don't have a refund. We called about it and he said he already refunded and it takes a few days. Ok, but we are way past the grace period of getting our refund... horrible customer service, horrible company. I typically don't leave bad reviews and I don't like to but, you need to know before spending your time and money here that you most likely will have an issue.
I had to order a screen for an Iphone 8. The screen was defected so I emailed Customer Service. After a few email and no reply's i finally had someone reply. He asked that I send a picture of the defect so I did. Then I sent about 5 other emails and no reply. Never received a refund. Bad company to work with. Will not work with them again. Yes good price, but bad customer service.
I ordered Battery for Nexus 5 and received in time, but the battery was not as shown on website. On the back of the battery, the tape was different and there was no Numbers printed as shown on original. On contacting, they said, "Sometime different batches have the manufacture date on the front" The agent was not ready to accept the difference and hence I have to ask for refund. After long Chat, atlast got ready to send RMA
We ordered a battery from this company, but when it arrived, it didn't work. I emailed asking to be able to return it. After a few unanswered emails, I sent a rather nasty one and left a bad review here. Since then I have spoken with Jason from PhonePartWorld, and I have changed my tune. He let me know they are a start up company and that although they want to get back to customers, it's difficult at times. I do understand this! I offerred advice on relaying that to customers so that they don't receive such bad customer service reviews. I hope this company makes it. Jason sounded like a great guy who just wants to be successful. By the way, my money has been refunded, and Jason let me know this is a new battery so to keep it as a backup. He feels it may have been improperly placed in our phone in the first place. Good luck, Jason!
I've never used this company before
I recieved the battery. I opened the yellow mailing envelope, saw a small white box, I opened it to find a used battery. WTF really? I used battery? Wear and tear on it. You can tell its used. I'm going to file a bbb report, and slam you on yelp. Very upset. I will never do service from you again.
I ordered my first complete LCD front assembly for a customers iPhone 6s plus. The site was easy to navigate, very informative description of the products and a very simple return policy. There is a 5 dollar or 15% restocking fee(which ever is more) for parts that are returned fully functioning or not used, if you cant deal with restocking fees then your in the wrong business/hobby. With that said I did order the same assembly from them for a second time. The product came on time, properly packaged with the little tool kit. After I installed the product I noticed it was not functioning properly. I called the that night explained what was going on. They asked me to take a video of the lcd malfunctioning. I did, sent it to there email and recieved a warranty return shipping label in my email the next business day. I shipped it off on a monday and received a new product the next monday. Shipping took longer because it was Thanksgiving. The new LCD works like a charm. Long story short, great customer service, quick responses, fair return/exchange policy, quality products and fast shipping. I would and do recommend this supplier.
6S PLUS screen replacement with full assemble camera, home button... was super easy to replace and im very satisfied. Only took 1/2 hour. Looks like i have brand new phone now. Fast shipping too.
Purchased a replacement iPhone battery from phonepartworld.com. The buying process was easy and the shipping was prompt. The battery looked a little beaten up out of the package, but I just assumed I misunderstood the product as new vs used. It didn't seem important on an internal component. I installed the battery and let it charge overnight, where it went from 23% up to 29%, which is where it stayed. The battery would discharge when in use even when plugged into the charger and would randomly shut off. I twice used the phonepartworld.com website form to notify them of the issue as well as used the PayPal contact form. Never received notification that they were looking into the issue, let alone that they would take action to resolve it. Will never do business with them again.
This company is awful. Poor communication and very rude customer service. Stay away!
I'm Megan, based in Nevada. And this is specially for Nevada people. I purchased few parts for my broken Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone from PhonePartWorld.com and they were really genuine. As they promissed, the parts were best and I also used a coupon to get a special discount. So whenever you need parts for your mobile phones, as per my experience, for Galaxy s3, you must get one from this company. Thanks to them!

Michael, we are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a pleasant experience with your order. One of the items in your order became unavailable causing a delay in the shipment of your order. It seems you wife (or someone else on your behalf) had contacted us before you communicated with us and was notified about this problem. We were told to hold your order until you notify us whether you would like to change the color of the back housing that became out of stock or to cancel your order. Once we were contacted for a second time and was asked to cancel your order, we canceled it and issued you a full refund. Refunds take between 5-7 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuing bank. Your request for refund was processed once you contacted us and was not issued due to a threat of a BBB report!
