I ordered a phone battery and received a defected one. I tried contacting the business. ( No luck). Finally went to the business address when I found out it was a residential building in Las Vegas. Security called him and he said he is not willing to see me. Later on that afternoon he called me and after a rude conversation he promised to send me a replacement part the next day and it has been almost a week and I haven't received anything. I called and left a message but never returned my call. This business is a scam-he is a crook and a conman and should be behind bars.

Ordered March 31st, 2019.
Account debited April 1st.
8 business days for delivery.
April 15th, no package. Called.
Guy stated they will resend.
Called April 29th, 2019, same guy. It was on back order previously, it should be there. Maybe the next day or two.
Asked for a tracking number. Will send to email by tomorrow night.
May 3rd, 2019... no package, no tracking number.
Just don't do it!

I ordered two screens from this company First they say my package got lost, then I called back two different times jus for them to tell me they fixed it n I should be receiving them n two days, one week later n I still have nothing I have called a million times n left emails at customer support no one ever call u back! When ever u do get in touch wit ppl they are VERY rude! So basically they stiffed me out of $90!

Three orders (2) bad screens - return them to the company - never received acknowlegement, replacement or refund. They stiffed me twice.
Never again. Sounds like someone working out of their cellar - one man band
They should be shutdown.

I purchased some items from this company over 2 months ago. No goods and no money and to make it worse they do not reply to their emails or have anyone answering the phone (auto attendant) Please dont use them they will take your money and "run"

Terrible customer service

Placed an order for a replacement battery for an iphone. I received the part but it fit properly. The connection you plug into the phone was totally different. I sent 2 emails to customer service and also tried to do a live chat, but no one was available. This has been over 2 weeks and still no response. Very frustrated with this purchase.

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST

Placed an order for a screen and then decided against it so tried to cancel order within 20 minutes of placing the order - called 10 times and left 10 messages - sent 5 emails - sent 5 messaged through the contact us page and they still shipped order and refuse to refund money even though package was refused at delivery and sent back - again no phone contact - they will not answer phone - will not return emails - this company is ABSOLUTELY the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my life!

Horrible Company

Wrong item shipped. Have been trying to contact c/s for three weeks vis phone message (because no one ever answers the phone) and emails. It's like no one is there, son this company sucks and I suggest you save your self the trouble. Don't buy anything from these scammers.

I had purchased a Sony xeperia z5 replacement screen 3 weeks ago i even paid foe 2-3 business day shipping its been nearly a month now. Nothing, I've tried to call multiple times no answer, tried the live chat doesn't work and emailed the company and no reply. This site is a pure scam!

Don't buy!

The seller claimed the battery is authentic OEM. But highly doubt because after replacing it and fully charged overnight but without using the phone, the battery went completely dead the next morning. Followed all the instructions and owning many iPhones in the past, I know something is not right. Tried contacting the customer service and never got a response from the company. I definitely want my money back. They just made a unhappy customer :(

I ordered a replacement screen for my iPhone. The replacement was supposed to be black and I was sent a white screen. It has taken me nearly 3 weeks to complete the exchange(I still have yet to receive the screen). I have moved since I ordered the original and I have had to update them twice for them to finally get my address right. I have called multiple times and only been able to speak with someone twice and the second time I was put on hold multiple times. I have emailed them multiple times. The issue I've had seems that it could have easily been resolved with 1-2 phone calls or emails. This has been a huge pain dealing with the customer support. I can't speak for the product but regardless of quality it will not change my experience with the customer service.

I was unable to get in contact with them after relentless emails and phone calls. There was no way to return the product I had bought without going through their bureaucratic process of filing a form of return, only which after they had read and accepted, would I be able to return the product. In the span of 30 days I had not received any call back or even an email reply saying anything. I am out $45 because of these scumbags. It may not be a lot but it's enough money to buy my dog's food for 2 months. Bastards.

Advertises same day shipping. FALSE Owner says part will arrive tomorrow. FALSE Doesn't respond to several emails. RUDE and doesn't accept responsibility when eventually reached on the phone. Says I'm wasting HIS TIME! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!
