This company is a huge scam, dont expect an order number or anything in the mail.If you call their number it says the service has not been set up yet, Chat doesnt work. You may or may not receive a fake email. All the positive reviews on here are from the scammers themselves.Not real customers at all. I filed and complaint with the BBB and fraud complaint with my bank, the FBI online investigations department. Dont make the same mistake I did and get ripped off.

1st - Never do business with a company that doesn't have a contact phone number!
2nd - Never do business with a company that has a chat line, and never responds to your request!

Used a credit card for a purchase that was later used in a fraud attempt. Not saying that a Phone Part World employee used the card, but it seems awfully strange that: 1) I have been using the card for over two years, and never had trouble with it, until: 2) a day or two after using it at Phone Part World, the bank calls and says that an attempted charge to the card was made.
WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Finally got a hold for a refund after they stole my account info... told me they never got my shipping address when my bank and google account both have correct shipping address. It's been over a week after he said that I would be refunded in 2-4 days this is disgusting how they are still in business and google does not do a damn thing to shut down this business. Don't bother calling even if it's open they have their phone turned off so no one can call them. I'm ashamed and will be extremely cautious next time I order on the internet

DO NOT BUY from Phone part world. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH what a rip off this company is. There should be negative stars allowed for companies like this. I wish i had looked at these reviewS before purchasing. They do not answer phone calls. They have a request form for a refund. Don't even bother filling it out, They don't look at it. They don't return phone calls. I tried for over a month, leaving 5 to 6 msg a day. They sent me an incomplete tool kit for an iphone. Its worthless to me without the correct screw drivers. Had to buy another one from another company to install the iphone dock that I also purchased from them and that didn't work either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM.
