I actually had that call about a few parts seeing as how I have a 2018 Camaro and nothing was listed for my year. Customer-service rep I spoke with was very helpful, great overall experience definitly recommend you guys. I will be ordering again in future for sure.

The product was GREAT, the service wasnt good. These ship direct from manufacturer. After 5 days i called BMR and hadnt been notified of my order through Phastek. After contacting phastek they said they would call right now, 2 days later thryfinally gor my, order to BMR.
These guys were great to work with. During the busiest event of the year, they still took the time to answer all my questions and help me get everything I wanted. Shipping was also very fast. Will order from them again.

Very happy with the lights, however my DRL lights didn't come with a control box... you'd think it would... maybe I didn't read the description close enough?
As always, I am very impressed with the fast delivery of my Phastek orders. I received the Camaro flow tie in less than 24 hrs of ordering. It was not an easy install like the cold air intake. We had to take the front end off. It is more time consuming than difficult. I would recommend watching a couple YouTube videos on flow tie or grille install. Shout out to Lethal Camaro for posting an excellent video about the grille replacement. It was very helpful to show how to take the front end off. Make sure to take pictures and put the screws in an orderly lineup so that it will remind you were they go. It is helpful to have two people line up the front end to put it back on. Since it was our first time to take the front end off and we have a front splitter, the project took about 3hrs. My son and I enjoyed it and the flow tie looks awesome! Thank you, Phastek!
The service was excellent. We got the CAI cold air intake the next day and my 17 yr old was able to install it in about half an hour. He loves it. It sounds great. Phastek Performance is awesome!
Good guys on the phone I called for information about the wheels I wanted. And they are on the shipping game. I think I ended up ordering my stuff online Friday night close to midnight and my wheels where here the next Friday by noon!
I purchased a QTP cutout kit for my 2017 Camaro SS. What they sold me was defective/broken and their only help to me was to call QTP because it's not their problem. I spoke with QTP and they said every product they make is quality tested so the part was broken by Phastek. So glad QTP is a reputable company because Phastek is NOT. DONT waste your time or money on this company, they are a scam!
I found this website about a year ago and I've already made so many purchases that I'm expecting some hate mail from Summit! These fellas have some of the best prices and deals in town. More importantly to me, however, is their selection of parts. These cats have parts I have never seen anywhere else. Things I didn't even know I wanted, they had! Very fast shipping, and I have yet to have had a bad experience with them.
Got my 2013 Z28 spoiler, did 9 coats of Paint before I put it on, and as stated easy install lined up perfectly with stick spot holes, had many compliments since I put it on, another great product from phasetek, what will be next for my 2013 camaro?

My camaro's volume knob rubber was falling apart and i checked everywhere for rubber but no one making them anymore, so i ordered these 7pcs knob covers and now these knob covers gives that shiny brand-new look. I love it!

I have a ZL1 Camaro and needed a change in the look so I purchased a set of ZL1 black rims and could not be happier. Phastek shipped me the wheels in under a week for free and there was no tax.The car looks great and the quality was better than expected. The answering of emails and phones has been terrible as of late. When I do get through they say they are very busy, but you have to figure out a way to provide great customer service and not make excuses. Also, any place that offers a military discount gives at least 10% and up to 25% at some places. Your prices are not always the best as I was told and I found 2 items in the last month that were less at some other place. I think it is reasonable for you to give more of a discount to the military. You guys do have a great selection and do have very good prices for the most part so keep up the good work and improve on the other areas.
Product was great. I usually don't have a problem with this company. Could have had instructions for placement per professional installer I used. But shipping took entirely too long. Was going to buy off of eBay thinking I would get it sooner if I bought it straight from the company. Boy was I wrong.
