Amazing Service.

Having ordered a tray of cans of special dog food suggested by our Vet for our dog suffering from Pancreatitis, I belatedly realised he will eat nothing but plain cooked chicken whilst suffering this painful condition and today contacted Pet Circle to see if it was possible to return the tray of cans for a refund. Not only was the cash refund in my PayPal account within the hour but I was stunned to receive the suggestion that instead of having to go to the expense of returning the items to the company, that I donate the goods to a local animal rescue centre of my choice. Pet Circle will certainly be the top of the go to list for pet related purchases in the future. Amazing service as was that of their delightful Customer Service representative "Sam", an asset to any company in her said capacity. A huge THANK YOU Pet Circle.

Worst Customer Service/ Incompetent Delivery
February 9, 2022

I have a slip disc which prevents me from carrying heavy objects and I live on first floor hence my reason for ordering online with delivery. They delivered the products to unsafe location further away from my front door at first floor, provided a picture of proof which clearly shows that is not my house then refused to refund $186.36 dollars. I legitimately can't carry those products upstairs by myself.

This is the 4th time this is happening and I have been using pet circle for a very long time now. Once, I kid you not, they were delivering the same time as my husband was just getting back from work and actually told him to carry the products upstairs without offering to even help with carrying the products. If they have a specific service to pay for delivering up stairs, then they should mention that on the website and I am happy to pay for that.

Worst of all, they replied by email saying they are not going to refund because they have delivered it to me, which is completely wrong because the proof of delivery document itself shows that the goods have been placed near letterboxes and bins- no front door to be seen in the image (attached the image here). Not sure what logic they are applying here.

PUT MY CAT's LIVES AT RISK WITH INCOMPETANCE

I ordered my products on Dec 26th - I understand there have been a few holidays between. So have recieved my one box order on the 4th Jan BUT 3 important prescription food boxes are missing and I am going away on holidays in two days. THIS HAS PUT MY CAT's HEALTH IN SERIOUS JEOPARDY!
I have spoken to customer service and supposedly replacements are being sent (with an ugly $15 scratcher) but that does very little to console me when I will be away for two weeks and there is no where local for me to buy these products!
I will have to drive 3 hours round trip prior to my much looked forward to holiday to get immediate replacements!
I have only just gone back to PETCIRCLE and had submitted for AUTO delivery but I will be cancelling that.
DISGUSTED! How do you mess up something as food critical to a pet's health!?

20th Jan UPDATE
Further to this drama I was sent several messages from Pet Circle asking if I'd recieved my order so they could cancel the reorder.
Due to the incompetance of Pet Circle it cost me an additional $280 to get hold of the required prescription diet food for my cats.
Instead of offering to make up for the mess, Pet Circle just cancelled the reorder that included a toy for my cats to make up for it.
There are been multiple emails back and forth and it seems Pet Circle have absolutely not clue what is going on within their own warehouse, no comittment to customers and no consideration for the trouble caused.
I had to find an extra three hours before taking off on holiday to go to Melbourne to get this food, but the three stores I went to were out of stock- I asked the cat accomodation if they could order food for my cats through their supplier... this incurred a vet bill to approve prescription for two cats and the food at double the price,.
Nothing short of a #%&t storm and no resolutuon offered.
I will be updating my reviews on all platforms to include this information.

I made a one time purchase last year, was careful not to subscribe to any recurring payments or marketing emails, but BOTH these things happened! The unsibscribe links in their spam didn't even work, so i had to call them. Then, months later I find a recurring payment charge from them. I absolutely never agreed to any recurring payment, yet they tried to blame me! There is obviously some dodgy technical stuff going on, and from talking to their chat agent it's clear they aren't interested in fixing any of it. I'm just glad I was able to get my money back.

Petcircle will send you items that are NOT part of your auto-delivery. When you complain, they will tell you that all they can do is offer you store credit after you send the item back. Customer service is so bad. All and all you are good someplace else, anywhere but here!

First Pet Circle kept on delivering to my neighbour, despite detailed delivery instructions. When I took it up with Pet Circle, their customer service blamed the courier, promised to do better. Then, on a separate delivery, I waited 3 weeks for an order to arrive. When nothing showed up I contacted Pet Circle. Their customer service couldn't tell me where my order was, and asked me what was in it (seriously?).

After 2 days of going back and forth Pet Circle said they attempted delivery 18 days ago, on 19 Nov. Courier didn't contact me, no call, no message, no email, not even a note in the mailbox. To make matters worse, Pet Circle didn't contact me either. My order still hasn't been delivered. I wish I'd spent the money and gone to my local store instead of wasting my time with these guys.

Unfortunately there's no option to give a zero star, because that's what Pet Circle service is.

Is anybody there?

Received advice that they were out of stock so I contacted them to ascertain when/whether they would be in a position to supply or should I seek my heartworm purchase elsewhere given that it is a time sensitive that must be given monthly. One week later no response so I have no other option but to vote with my feet. Checked on E-bay and there are plenty of companies out there that have ample stocks.

I purchased 12 months of nexgard for my dog for a $149. Seems like a good price ya? That's if you ever get your order. Spent hours trying trying to rectify the problem via phone and live chat and was only met with shocking customer service. Around in circles we went until I decided to cut my loss of $149 and just to never shop on pet circle again and to also warn my friends and family about my experience.

Not deliverying on time

Recevied message saying delivered but nothing recvied. Delivery driver didnt have the packge with him but he cleard his scaner and put deliverd. And try to contact someone from petCircle and they dont have number to contact. Only online chat and email. And informed me anather 4 days to delivery agin..

Customers, BE AWARE Of Pet Circle's "Auto Delivery" Claims. I, like so many have been caught up in this fraudulent practice by Pet Circle. Despite being assured, following communication by Chat & Email that the delivery would be intercepted and a refund processed back to my account which hasn't happened. The unwanted goods arrived on my doorstep a week later - (delivered on a Public Holiday!.) Requests by email (they don't answer their phone) have gone unanswered!.
It's a shame I didn't take the time to check their Customer Reviews.

Recurring Charge SCAM!

BEWARE, they charged us $159 payment... what? What the hell for? Noticed the last time we purchased from them back in March was the same price, obviously some recurring payment. I didnt receive an email invoice or receipt, nothing! Only noticed a charge on my credit card. I find this fraudulent and will be contacting the ombudsman and getting my bank to refund me and charge back from Petcircle!

This is the second time I have ordered from Pet Circle. I placed an order over a week ago for dog food and my order only left the warehouse today. The agent told me that it had left two days ago and it would be 3 to 6 business days before it would arrive after it left the warehouse. According to my tracking number it left today which means will not receive it for another 3 to 6 days. This will be 2 weeks since I placed my order. They have not responded to my emails. I had issues with my first order from them as well, but thought I would give them a second chance. Shame on me for doing so! Would not recommend!

Could not recommend less. Did a big order for our new rescue puppy - order took 7 days to arrive (despite timeframe stating 2-6 days) and arrived with the most essential item missing (even though Pet Circle's communication to me said it had been dispatched). After contacting customer support, I was told the item wasn't missing, but that it would never come because it was out of stock. "We don't have stocks currently, and there is no known date that we will get the item back into our warehouse" - how hard is it to communicate this with your customers and process a refund in advance of time?! After waiting more than a week for it, I had to seek out a refund from customer support (very evasive Pet Circle!) and purchase the item elsewhere. Given PetBarn matches Pet Circle's prices in store I will never purchase on Pet Circle again after this experience.

Be warned, this coy. 's delivery agent will abandon your 100+ parcel in your front yard, when you are home. Further it will be in full view of the street & contrary to written instructions to only ever leave at front door.! As a senior citizen who cannot carry heavy loads up stairs this was a very disagreeable experience. Never had this problem with Aust. Post deliveries for other pet suppliers.

I'm very thrilled with my first purchase with Pet Circle. I ordered aquarium items on a Sunday and was amazed at the fast speed that my order was packed and despatched in a matter of hours. It arrived on Monday morning and everything was in excellent condition.

As a buyer, I loved that they sent text messages giving updates on my order so I didn't have to worry about its whereabouts.

Pet Circle offers value for money. There is a wide range of items and they're competitively priced compared to other pet stores - even more when they've got a special.

I highly recommend Pet Circle and will definitely use their service again.

Don't think your order is a one off, they will take funds from your account and ship out products you don't even need. Be weary. I will be removing my credit card details and shopping elsewhere

Pet Circle is my point of call for my cat's pet supplies. I love the auto delivery function. It means that I don't run out of cat food especially during lockdown. Their customer service is excellent as well and I love the text messages that keep me updated about delivery. The website offers great value for money especially when they have a sale. I can see a lot of the negative complaints are about auto delivery. Perhaps that could be an opt in rather than an opt out as it might be confusing for some.

Ordered food for Guide Dog's special diet food from Pet Circle (PC) online - 1st delivery came no issue. On an auto reorder (8 June 2021) the food was apparently delivered (on 11 June 2021) to someone's apartment by the look of the picture PC sent me of the delivery by their courier. I live in a residential house. Then the food was apparently delivered on 14 June 2021 (yes Queen's birthday) sent to a shop or business in a shopping centre in Burwood East in the picture provided to me by PC (see attached) from their courier. So still no delivery to me of the initial Order. PC say they are preparing another Order that will be sent by Australia Post and be delivered in 1 to 4 day. I just can't recommend them to deliver on-line after this debacle. Unfortunately I can't give PC a minus star or else I would. Simply a fiasco from start and perpetuated by a second similar fiasco - don't their couriers use GPS or even a road map and are they really that stupid, so dim as not to be able to remember where they delivered the product to - like it's not rocket science.- lets hope the use of Australia Post brings the much needed food for my dog. Sorry about the upside down picture but it wouldn't rotate for the review. Glen

Ordered from them once and they took it upon themselves to sign me up for auto delivery and keep my credit card details and illegally deduct my account a month later then blame me for not unticking the unobvious auto delivery box

Auto-delivery scam!

Warning! Products you purchase from this website are set up for their "Auto delivery" service without any clear information that this will happen! They then charge your account 4 weeks later for another lot of product, even if you don't have an account with them. They say it says "auto delivery" on the item at purchase, but that's difficult to see, and it's such a scam to set this up as default. You should have to select this as an option! Dodgy company. Take your business elsewhere.
