I use Pet Circle and definitely rate it 5 stars. It is cheaper than other similar providers and they sell much cheaper prescription pet foods (that the Petbarns etc don't sell) and they deliver quickly. Whenever I have had an issue or query they sort it out promptly and always to my satisfaction. But here is why I will stick with them - one of my dogs required prescription dog food ($98 for a small bag). I purchased one and then unfortunately my beautiful pooch had to be put to sleep 5 days later. I didn't even open the bag of pet food. More than a month later I contacted Pet Circle about possibly returning or donating the dog food because I couldn't use it. In less than 24 hours they gave me a refund and didn't ask for the food to be returned but instead gave me a list of dog rescues to donate it to.
Late last year I purchased dry food from Pet Circle. However, after the estimated delivery had passed, I contacted them and the next day I was advised that my parcel had been lost by the courier and they would send another parcel. I then received two parcels within two days. I advised them I had received my original parcel and I agreed to pay for the parcel instead of leaving it outside for a courier to collect. I was expecting them to send me an invoice through Paypal but instead they tried to take the money out themselves. Good thing I had already blocked them on Paypal after reading about auto-delivery. It is useless trying to communicate with them because they rely heavily on generic responses.
We ordered rabbit pallets from them, estimated arrival date is Tuesday. On Sunday we live chat with them, they don't even despatch my orders and told me there will be another 24 hr -72 hrs that I will receive their e mail about what's going on.
Parcels weren't delivered and kept lying about redelivery which has never happened. Checked the security camera at the time of attempts for devilvery and it turned out that the driver has never been to my door but reported the order as delivered.
Be careful with these scammers.
I would like to start off by saying pet-circle is one of the best companies or business I have ever purchased from, not only are the prices much more affordable, the auto delivery very convenient but the the customer service is beyond immaculate.
I have never had an issue with pet-circle and I couldn't imagine ever having an issue, they ensure any issues are rectified within a very timely manner. My pet passed away and I had an auto delivery and I asked for a refund and to return as I did not need the dog food anymore, they responded to me via email within less than 30 minutes, sent their sincerest condolences and processed a refund immediately. They also told me I could donate the dog food to a local pet shelter.
I couldn't be any more satisfied and happy with their business, I couldn't recommend them enough for any of your pets needs.
I have ordered previously from Pet circle while I was living in Sydney. They give an estimated delivery time on the order but you will hardly ever receive the items on time. I always ended up spending double on my pets food because the order never arrived on time and I had to buy from the supermarkets. The only reason I ordered from Pet Circle was because the supermarkets don't always have the brands my pets eat. Now I have moved inter state and placed an order again gave me an estimated date of delivery today but when I track the order it hasn't even been shipped yet. Customer service is shocking they cannot investigate until end of day tomorrow since it's not delayed yet. Even though I told her I am interstate and if it hasn't been shipped yet how can it be delivered by tomorrow. Apparently they cannot do anything until it is overdue. Tomorrow is Friday I am certain it won't be coming tomorrow which means I won't receive it til next week. Instead of being helpful and escalating the issue the rep was more then happy to cancel the order. This is the kind of customer service Pet Circle has.
My first time ordering with Pet Circle and I could not be more disappointed. I placed an order for dog food on 29/11/22, money for the order was taken from my account but no delivery also no order confirmation. When I contacted them several days later via email I was told they'd look into it. Today 10/12/22 they email me with a refund because they've run out of stock. It took them 12 days to work out that they did not have the dog food I ordered?! Shotty service. I will be looking elsewhere!
This place has the worst service ever and how condescending they are with me as a customer is nuts... when i made a serious complaint they answered with /... hey what's your pets name?/ and lets tell each other our pets name... what.

The customer service is terrible. Even if you follow the returns process to the letter it's like pulling teeth to return items. They completely refuse even when products are not as advertised. Do not recommend
I don't write many reviews on products, and I do not like when companies go fishing for reviews. Here is mine, with no prompts.
I ordered on a Sunday, received on the Monday early morning! I work a lot, and to do this was super convenient. Thank you pet circle! I didn't have to traipse to the shop to get something for the cat whilst waiting for the delivery. I cannot write how happy I was!
Secondly, the transportation boxes, are tough enough to hold the goods, but weak enough for me to rip up and put in the recycling.
I have used pet circle in the past, and remember being able to change the cat food order with no problems, that was when COVID was more problematic.
I chose this site to review, as I don't understand the bad reviews.
Between my basket and invoicing there was 19.5% upwards price movement on two of my items. I suggest printing or screen-shoting your basket and comparing it to what you are actually charged. Underhanded business practice - shameful!
I would like to commend Pet Circle for their care, compassion and love they have. I recently bought a parka for my dof and unfortunately when I received the parka it was a little too small. I exchanged that for the larger size wit no trouble whatsoever and what made me shed tears was the girl from Pet Circle said to me "no need to return the parka that is too small for your dog, instead can you please donate it to your local shelter or RSPCA or for a dog in need". Oh my goodness I couldn't believe that - What beautiful words to hear. PetCircle cares about disadvantaged needy animals. Ready to donate the parka for a needy dog instead of getting the return. What beautiful people. Love Pet Circle. You are SIMPLY THE BEST OF ALL. Thank you xx
I ordered $160 worth of goods from Pet Circle, my order never left their warehouse and over a month later they still were not replying to any of my emails. Paypal stepped in and they would still not reply to myself or Paypal, the order had still not left the warehouse over a month and a half later, they had forgotten about me and were ignoring me. Paypal had to refund my money because I couldn't even get a response from Pet Circle. Absolutely appalling. Do not recommend at all, I had used Pet Circle many times before with no issue which is lucky because now knowing that if there is an issue they simply just don't respond to you and will never refund your money. They have lost me as a customer, if you choose to buy from this website, please use Paypal as there is no way to get your money back with this website otherwise!
I won't be using Pet Circle again as my delivery took 12 days, but then there wasn't a delivery (strange I know) and then the next day I receive notification again that it has been delivered, photo taken at the wrong address, Pet Circle you have lost me

Order products for my pets. Tracking states that there was an attempt at delivery despite someone being home. I did request for it to be left in the mail box but it was not. No information as to where this parcel is now as the attempt was a week ago. All the customer service could tell me was they would raise an enquiry... so ibam still waiting. Will never shop with them again!

I purchased a cat worming product sometime in the past 12 months and I definitely did NOT agree to any auto renewal and auto charges to my Paypal. I even monitor auto setups on my Paypal periodically because there are sneaky retailers with embedded clauses. Such is the case with Pet Circle. An auto renewal charge was taken from my Paypal account. This amounts to theft as I did not give my authority. It has been reversed, it cost me time, cost Paypal time and cost Pet Circle a negative review. Do not scam people with embedded auto renewal clauses. No response from Pet Circle to my email.
I did expect better behaviour from Pet Circle. Now on my radar as untrustworthy. Really poor customer service.

I have been shopping with Pet Circle for quite some time and whenever there has been a situation when their service did not meet my expectations, they have been more than willing to rectify the issue.
I have been meaning to leave a positive review for a while now and after an incredibly pleasant experience with them (my order was almost 3 weeks delayed), I decided to shine some positive light on an Australian owned business that is doing a great job in my opinion.
I also own an online retail business and if people behaved like responsible adults (if capable, I guess) and took the time to be aware of what they are agreeing to (yes, whenever you order from an online retailer, you are agreeing to their terms of use and that is a legal contract) they probably wouldn't writing incredibly negative reviews about a company that has done nothing but continue to improve their service over the years.
What I am saying is; TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the FAQ and INFORMATION PROVIDED AT CHECK OUT.
When you make yourself aware of this things, you are less likely to be in a situation that propels you to attack an Australian owned business online, that employs Australians, stocks Australian made products and helps to stimulate our economy.
The amount of people who whinge about being "robbed of $1" is a bit pathetic, it's a dollar mate and it never leaves your account. It's also stated clearly in the FAQ on their website, if you bothered to read it.
And I don't think any person who has posted a 1 star review about the couriers has any idea how incredibly stressful it is for a retail business to put the most important stage of their service into the hands of another company, a company they have no control over, absolutely no say in how they operate and still, the retail business will be the ones who are responsible for every time they mess up.
I use a few different couriers for my business and I can tell you, they have all let me down at least twice. The only refunds I have ever had to give my customers was due to couriers failing to deliver on time.
If you are upset about the delivery time, please feel free to comment the name of a courier that is both reliable and cost effective. I would really love to know as I am yet to find one.
Bottom line is, if you have an issue, make sure you have read all the fine print, which, in this case, is actually all in a very large, easy to read font.
And don't contact them when you are angry. That is a person on the other end of the conversation, they have feelings and for all you know, they may have been yelled at by the last 10 people before you. You can either be a decent person and treat them with kindness and respect or you can be an angry jerk like the 10 before you.
Sorry for the long rant but when I asked the lovely young lady from pet circle that I spoke to on the phone earlier this week if it had been a rough day after she actually thanked me for being so nice, the poor girl sounded so defeated when she said "it's hard when people won't even allow you to help them because they are more focused on taking all their anger out on you than actually coming to a resolution"
I can guarantee you that if you approach this or any other business with a good attitude and make sure to educate yourself on the way they do business, you would never find yourself in a bad situation.
Answer: Initially it was reasonably prompt, however once they realised I was very dissatisfied and wasn't accepting of their scripted apologies they would disconnect me from live chat asap. This happened several times.
Answer: Considering pet circle price match and have quite high ratings on other review sites (this site seems to attract a lot of angry people) I would say pet circle is definitely a contender for cheap prices and wonderful customer service. Unless you have zero tolerance for any mistakes and if that is the case, I would recommend buying from nowhere.
Answer: Yes, I have never had been left angry by an unresolved issue with pet circle. They have always been willing to rectify any issue and this is why for the past 3 or 4 years I have only ever shopped with them for anything for my dogs.
