PetCareRX is a wonderful company to deal with. Even when the delivery carrier is at fault, they resolve the error immediately. It's comforting to know that my precious little JayJay (cat) will have his dietary needs met. This is the second time I had to contact them for a problem with delivery and they are so courteous and professional and really vested in my satisfaction. I couldn't love them more!

It is rare to receive such thorough and helpful customer service from an online company! Christine called to review my order and helped me save on my purchases. She also helped me manage my repeat delivery for a prescription item that required vet approval. Highly recommend them for great savings and service!

I love petcarerx, they have great prices and I've called up their customer service two or three times in the past two years and each time they're very pleasant and helpful! They are in the same state as me too so I usually get my orders in 2 days! I couldn't ask for more.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the PetCareRx Team! They are incredibly communicative and very responsive! Their reps are real people who are incredibly empathetic and know how stressful it can be to realize you're running low on a crucial medication. There have been a few hiccups with my prescriptions and PetCareRx immediately calls me and lets me know the problem and what they need to fix it.

I'm a new customer and am already impressed. I was unable to find a medication my dog needed anywhere else and they were able to assist and even called my vet for me to get the prescription.

Purchased an item. They sent a different item than what was pictured and then said I have to pay to return the wrong item if I wanted a refund. Will not purchase from them again.

I had a problem with establishing my first Vet prescription with your company because my Vet's office could not find the correspondence you had sent them requesting the prescription. I talked to Michelle Mherzai who was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. She stayed on a phone call with me so that I was able to contact my Vet simultaneously & get the problem resolved. She made me feel like a valued customer! Thank you!

Trying to find anywhere to vet place that has in atock kittys 5 Mg Prednisolone tablets. Found PetCareRx.com hasit. Called and started the order. The customer Service rep i worked with was great. She confirmed the tablets were in stock. And patiently walked me thru the process and What to expect.

Isha really got things off to a good start. I was a bit suspicious of the membership option and he handled it beautifully and I signed up.
Then my order was acknowledged very rapidly, contact with my vet was very fast and my order moved very quickly to being shipped. The $ savings were great and the whole experience was outstanding.

We are running low on special diet food for our dog and pet rx only place that had any left we are not members but signed up for one time order and they were able to expidite the order for us the lady on the phone called the vet and is getting it done so we dont run out of food pet rx you are awsome and the person helping us thank you to her

She was extremely courteous and listened to what I had to say and then did her part and a big plus is she spoke perfect English. She was a nice person to boot... I tip my hat to Theresa and if I were you I'd have her teach customer service...(-:

I tried to order a prescription of a hard to get medicine that my dog needs to live, because the prescription was odd, Selena a member of staff reached out to me for clarification and she was so kind and helpful and just wonderful. She listened to my needs and made sure my dog got exactly what he needed at a great price. Truly, truly great customer service and prices. I'm switching to petcarerx for all of my dog's needs.

I wasn't aware of this company until a Google search provided their name and their very competitive prices. When a representative personally called me from the company to inform me that I could save even more money by joining their customer appreciation program, I was truly amazed. Companies no longer have the direct customer interaction. I am so very pleased I came across this company. You really need to check them out!
